Tall employee is extremely rude! I go here with my boys quite frequently, but I’m giving this establishment a negative rating because of the staff. I don’t feel like the employees even attempt to put on a happy face for their customers. Bathroom is gross, toppings seem old. Will not be returning!

My wife and I frequent TCBY in Slidell and use that as a basis for this review. The yogurt was good and we received a 10% discount for having gone to Izzo’s for dinner. The place was clean, organized and well lit. My issue was the customer service. The young lady behind the counter was just plain grumpy/rude. Felt like we were interrupting her by trying to check out. No «thank you», no «come back», nothing. Just told us how much it was, took our money and moved on. Would continue to return for the yogurt but would hope grumpy would get happy.

If Katy Perry got to decorate a TCBY, this is what it would look like. Bright colors and trendy furniture galore. The yogurt is the best here according to the Mrs, and we’ve tried several of the self serve type yogurt places. They have great toppings as par for the course with self serve yogurt places too. This location is in a strip mall with an Italian Pie and a liquor store, so it’s almost one stop shopping.

Out of all the self-serve yogurt shops in the area, I think this one is the best. I was expecting a regular tcby w/cones & was a little disappointed when I walked in w/my 5 yr old son and saw all the yogurt machines on the wall.(He, however, was enthralled.) But they have about 12 flavors to choose from and they beat all the other shops in terms of creaminess and taste. The only bummer is that all the cups are huge so you wind up over-serving yourself.(But they all do this.) There’s a jillion toppings and syrups to put on if you choose. My son loved it and ate his whole bowl and the rest of mine. Good place.

Newly opened in Covington on Hwy 21. Not your typical wait to be served yogurt place. Here you grab your bowl and serve yourself which I like and they have about two to three dozen toppings you can choose from. Next you go to the weigh station — they charge you here by the ounce. .. .. . or the pound depending on how much you put in your bowl. I like the concept of serve yourself and they have a good number of different types of yogurt at any given time. Regular stop when in the area.
