Parking is easy. Place is clean. Great staff. Services is quick like how it should be. They messed up my order, but It was promptly and professional handled and I was given a free drink compensation! This place is pretty cheap for on the go food if you order off the dollar menu. Their new incorporation of Cinnabon was smart. Now whenever i need a sugar boast I can come here and get it. However the burritos with meat are way overpriced and I wouldn’t recommend getting it. Stick to the vege food or dollar menu. Cheers!

God food, but don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. I’ve been here many times but I’ve never waited less than 15 minutes for my food. Sometimes drive thru has you pull over and wait. I’ve waited 35 minutes before. I went inside to get my money back and they suddenly got my order ready. Good food but management needs to work on timing.

I never would have thought of Taco Bell as a go-​to place after Sunday service, but apparently in Covington this is it. Kirsten G. and I were taking a mini road trip to visit a friend and we stopped here after getting off on his exit. There aren’t many other fast food options, so I guess it shouldn’t be that surprising that at 1:30 PM on Sunday the drive-​thru line was about 6 cars deep. This is a Taco Bell slash Pizza Hut, so maybe the crowds were there for after church pizza fun with the kids.
In keeping with traditional Southern Hospitality, the guy who took our order was super nice and surprisingly easy to understand. He even took the time to get clarification on part of our order that included a guacamole request.
Despite being busy it only took about 10 minutes to get our food. It was hot and the order was totally correct. Score!
