IHOP

Great place for breakfast. Yummy food and service was excellent compared to other locations. Clean restaurant and lots of parking.

Stale French toast, burnt «hash brown» square, gritty eggs. Need I say more? At least it was cheap and the staff was friendly. Probably going to skip it next time I get the urge for late night breakfast food.

We were debating where to go to dinner when our teen suggested I Hop. After driving around we finally found it — I was looking for a free standing building but this one is part of a strip mall — in the middle and attached. The bonus was we arrived at 5:55 and saw they had a buy one — get a second free for seniors up until 6:00 PM– a good deal.
The greeter and waitress were very friendly along with the others on staff who constantly checked to see if all was OK — picked up plates — got take home boxes for left over — all without hovering.
All meals were good. I had the eggs, hash browns and Swedish Pancakes. Made just the way I requested. We also had a Banana and Nutella Crêpe which was good and the Strawberry and Banana French toast (wife said a little dry).
We had no problem giving them 4 stars and would recommend them — especially before 6:00 PM but after 3:00 PM for seniors. :)

Very disappointed in our service today! We called ahead, had a large group. They had the tables set up. We split up into 2 tables. One table and one person from our table received their meal at least 30 minutes before the rest of us. We were told the ticket was not received in the computer, however how did one person from our table receive their food when he was on the same ticket? The manager, Manny never came out to address the situation. Isn’t this his responsibility? Asst. Mgr., Mike, was good and addressed the problem and comp’d our meal. I still can’t believe the manager never came out to say his apologies even after we requested to talk to him. No quality customer service from the manager and it starts from the top!

Had mothers day breakfast, had the breakfast sampler, the food was fast and hot the service and seating was very fast considering it was very busy the host person was very polite and friendly always like coming to this I hop when ever in the area

The food is good, but service could use some work. Ask for a to go box but my server would never come back, so I had to ask someone else. I understand that they are busy, but she seemed pissed about something else before she even came to our table.

I was seated, then ignored for 15 minutes while people were seated after me got their drinks, ordered their food, and still no server came to talk to me. No manager was available to help, and no-​one offered to do anything to make it right.
Corrected to three stars, I went back in, and was treated well and my meal was comped for my trouble.

My dad got a wire grill cleaner in his pancake. All they said was oh sorry. What the heck! That is so dangerous. For them to not even give him the meal for free or really have nothing to say but sorry is just terrible have not been back since and probably won’t.

Good price and great for families for a nice brunch. I always love pancakes and recommend chocolate chip or red velvet. You can’t go wrong with the omlettes. They have nice healthy side choice other than pancakes like assorted fruit. I’m not to fond of it so I don’t recommend them. The hot chocolate is great.

We went here for breakfast this morning (there were 5 of us). All of our meals except for my daughter’s pancakes were cold. Our waitress pretty much ignored us through our entire meal, and we had to ask her when we were nearly finished to bring us some water. Our eggs looked like they were made of plastic and the cheese wasn’t even melted on the top of my friend’s omelette. We mentioned the cold food to the waitress, and she said that she would talk to her manager and see if she could get us a discount, but no guarantee. A few minutes later she brought the check back with NO discount. There was absolutely no way she had talked to her manager in such a short time. Sure enough, she didn’t, I asked. When I went up to pay I mentioned it to the manager and he gave us 30% off of our bill, which was fine. I would have rather had better food.

Easily top 2 of the IHOP’s we’ve been to. Very clean, courteous staff and quick service. First one we’ve been to that was actually part of a mall. And it’s close to grandma’s house.

It’s better to stay home and cook. Mostly the food has no freshness boxed or canned. The service as if all the servers were students learning how to work in a restaurant. Over priced. I enjoy going to Denny’s before I will return ihop. Not saying Denny’s is good just better.

Great place for breakfast or brunch on Sunday or any other day.
Great food (greasy but I love it) most of the time they have specials, between $ 6.49 — $ 8.49 for sausage, eggs, hash browns and pancakes.
The only negative thing that I can think of are some of the employees, they are not too friendly, most don’t even smile. Come on, you want a good tip for your service, be friendly, attentive and smile!

I love this IHOP! They have all gotten to know me & my husband over the last 4 years & are very welcoming every time we go. Even when they are busy, they are on top of it. Wait staff are engaged with customers, and go above and beyond in service!
Mike manages, & has brought in excellent staff. Many restaurants in the area should take a lesson in how it’s done from this place.
They are clean, comfortable, we’ll priced, & the food is great, haven’t had anything we didn’t like. Great value for your pocketbook & your time.

I liked IHOPS but I think their standards are going down. The IHOPS I see now seem very run down. The food is average. Nothing really stands out. We received excellent service but the eggs and pancakes were meh… we had better. The restaurants need overhauls…

Very friendly and attentive servers. Also very clean from the multiple visits here. Weekend mornings are usually busy, but not massive long wait times unless you have a big party. Even then they seem to accommodate pretty well. Very family friendly.

I really enjoyed my recent visit here. Was craving a waffle so came in with my son. He’s a big kid, (6’5) with a big appetite. Saturday morning, not a huge crowd, but it was steady. Service was great, and our server was friendly and attentive. We were seated right away, and our drinks came fast. The fact they left a pot of coffee for immediate refills bumps this rating up a star. The coffee was delicious, I drank the whole pot. As for the food, well, yum. I had the Belgium Waffle, my son had the fried mozzarella sticks, the chicken strips and fries appetizer, and french toast. I shared (stole) the chicken and it was tasty enough that next time I will get the waffles and chicken entrée. My son was full with two mozzarella sticks left over — and it’s quite a feat to fill him up! My waffle, by the way, was awesome.
Overall, we were both happy with our visit. This isn’t fancy food, it’s good home-​style comfort food and they do it pretty well. My husband ate the leftover mozzarella sticks and said they were the best he’d ever tasted. Looks like I’m headed back for more waffles soon.

Love this place good people and food :-) will come back! Never disappoints! Friendly and food fresh!

This place is horrible, had to ask for water twice, the first two glasses were dirty, biscuit and gravy was cold, even waiting in line to pay was horrible.
