Benchmark Conference And Reception Center

I shot my first wedding at The Benchmark on 5÷22÷2010. It was a great experience! The staff is fabulous — great service. I tried a little of the food, and it was very good. Whenever I’m at a new venue, I like to try a little of the food, so I can give an opinion if asked. And many venues don’t have the best food — but The Benchmark had very good food, and I saw many people going for seconds and thirds.
The venue has lots of natural daylight and highly polished floors. I noticed the floors first — and later, I tried to do some reflection dance shots with them. I liked all the twinkle lights and tried to work them into photos a lot, too. The layout worked really well — everything seemed to have a place, and there was good flow.
Overall, I was impressed with The Benchmark and would definitely recommend it to brides and grooms looking for a venue in the area. Don’t be fooled by it’s conservative exterior — check it out for yourself.

Had our wedding reception here back in 2008. The staff was wonderful and really easy to work with. The liquor and beer prices could not be beat by any other reception hall we looked at. The food was all very good as well. Great place for a wedding!
