Taco Bell

First time eat here. The cashier is nice but when i ask for a cup of water she first holding it in the right position of the cup and later she change holding it n the 3 o 4 fingers were inside the cup holding it. Please teach them the correct way how to handle cup.

I’ve been here handful of times. And usually they are always getting something wrong, and don’t realize till I get home and check the bag. Well I went through the drive thru and placed a pretty big order. All the while I was ordering the girl kept rushing me «are you done yet». Again trying to keep calm. As I got to the window. I asked her why she was rushing me. She denied it and said she couldn’t hear me so she had asked another girl to take my order. Okay giving her the benefit of the doubt. She gives me the food explains what is in what bag. I get home. Food is half ass wrapped at the bottom everything was falling out. I was so mad. Again I usually just let stuff go. But this place was really testing me. I called so I can talk to the manager and a girl answered. She said she was the manager and left me on the phone. Like literally put the phone down and left me on there. Thats it enough is enough. I went back to taco bell. And who do I see as I’m pulling up? The manager. And the manager is a man. Really nice. I explained what happened he offered to replace my whole order. So when I went in. I told the girl off that was at the drive thru And only one girl apologized, and since I was already mad. I went off on her and told her why was she apologizing for. Was it her that was claiming to be the manager when I called, she said no. But there are two big massive girls that work there and I talked craps to every female that worked there. Not one said anything. Not sure if the manager took action to the girls that caused all this. But either way. They need to go back to training and work on their customer service or find another line of work. Cause they are going to come across the wrong person one day and someone is gonna end up getting there ass beat one day.

This place is filthy. Floors were dirty tables had dried up food stuck on them like it’s been there for a while. I don’t recommend anyone to eat here. I will never come back here again. I urge you stay away from still pig pin. I would give it a 0 stars but it won’t let me.

The service was unusually good for a fast food chain staffed by pimply faced teenagers. The food was excellent. That’s what I love about big chain restaurants, is their incredible consistency. This Taco Bell’s food is the same as the Taco Bell a hundred miles away, delicious anywhere you have it. The restrooms are clean and lots of free parking in the shopping center.

We are in a severe drought and all the cars in drive thru are wet because your sprinklers are over watering. Shame on you for wasting so much water!

Normally i get a decent amount of salad when i get the Cantina Bowl. I got it to go so i can head back to work and i was surprised to see how little i had. There should be a specified amount of product to use.

Worst Taco Bell ever!!! Don’t even bother or waste your time!!! Juan V. will get your order wrong, he will let your food sit there and get cold!!! Never again coming to this Taco Bell!!!

I agree with the hit and miss. The night staff is rude and not only to customers but argue with each other in the back. I’ve been a couple times at night and they seem to always get my order wrong. The morning and afternoons are great. Friendly staff and management and they always get the order right.

It’s hit or miss in terms of portion at this establishment. This afternoon was a miss. Chintzy tiny burrito.

Fast service and friendly staff. I’m glad they have a location next to the theater. I’ll be stopping by more often now that I know they have a location here. I’m all about the Doritos fiery taco and my dr pepper icy. I like that their restrooms are up standards and always looking clean. Biggest pet peeve are dirty restrooms.

5 stars for Customer service! It doesn’t matter where u go customer service should be top key. Girl at the drive through was great. Drive through can get crowded especially late at night. Other than that Taco bell is some great munchie food.

But this Particular one is awful. I was there just today there were about 5 workers so i felt like they can get done fast. The drive-​thru had a couple cars and inside there were like 4 people waiting and then i order 2 burritos. They gave me no information about wait time. i wait for 20 minutes and im here waiting thinking to myself i gotta get back (i was on my lunch for my work 30 min break.) The next customers that roll through get information that it will be a 30 – 35 min wait.
Really?! Its fast food! if i wanted to wait that long i would have gone to a real restaurant.
At least they gave me a refund and said sorry. Great. i didnt get any food so imma starve for the rest of my shift.

The wait gets a bit hectic at the drive through. Its always busy here and I never leave before 30 mins waiting. Im sure they are busy and stuff, but management has to do something about it.

I love to come here and enjoy some food the place is always clean fast service if your going drive throu. If your order is wrong they will fix it. The staff is always great. They always great every body. The only bad thing I have to say is they need a better management at night time. It seems like the night shift is more uncoordinated.

Just ordered like 20min ago and I get home to find out they gave me the wrong food. I also didn’t get a receipt and the girl didn’t ask if I wanted any Hot sauce. Pretty disappointed/​hungry right now :-/

Usually I dont bother with reviews. But today I went and ordered 3 bean and cheese burritos with no onions or sauce, pretty easy right? Specially if im the only customer at the time.
I pull up and they hand me 2 burritos.
No problem.
I ask for the third and forget about the employees annoyance about my bringing it up.
I pay and leave to eat after a hard days work and turns out that the first 2 burritos had onions in them, And theyre tiny as hell.
So cmon.
Really.
If they messed up a bean burrito order with no customers waiting, how hard is it to make another burrito right?
Like 10 or 15 seconds maybe?
All of this wasnt a giant issue, just totally unneccessary.
So it left me dissapointed and hungry :/​
So to all the lazy/​dumb people out there, you suck.

This location is much better than the one on Alosta Ave in Azusa. They accepted my Doritos Locos Tacos coupon without confusion or fuss. They got my order right! :) The soda is fresh at this location. It had a lot of flavor.
I’m taking away one star because the taco had top of the tomato where it connects to the stem in my taco. A minor, problem but no other complaints.

I eat way too much fast food and frequent all the Azusa Covina food joints and this place has never messed up my order. Always friendly, and they understand the fast food TACO golden rule: It’s unedible
without the sauce.

Doritos tacos is all I can say, after drinking. smoking or crossfades. Tip: you can get Lava style for anything; pretty much if you like it HOTT!
You always wanna buy extra, I offered one to my roommate and she went into the other room for something, when she came back I was like «I ate you taco»; so we had to make another trip through the drive-​thru. Lawl

Right across the street from where we live, sadly because of that reason, we tend to go here for emergency lunches/​dinners. The people at the drive thru are friendly and efficient. Food has always been well packaged and hot. If not in the mood for tacos or burritos, this taco bell has a small menu for pizza hut as well. The reason why I am deducting a star is because there has been a few occasion in which the drive thru person forgets to give us napkins or ask us if we would like sauce with our order. Back when I used to work at TB, we were trained to always ask, its part of a great customer service experience. So before you drive off the drive thru window, make sure to double check for napkins and ask for sauce.
