I bought my first house through Jonathan Starr 30 years ago. Since then he has helped me with several real estate purchases. He is the best… I am amazed at his knowledge in real estate and the energy he puts in to make the best outcome possible for his clients. I will never have a real estate transaction without his help.

Theodore Roosevelt famous quote «speak softly but carry a big stick.» When it comes to your real estate, Jonathan Starr holds true to this statement. He is not only an extraordinary realtor but a great tactician who will work hard and creatively to secure your best interest and needs whether you are selling or buying. This guy is that good!

Back in 2012, I thought I was ready to buy a house. I talked to Jonathan Starr because he came highly recommended from a mutual colleague.
I went to his office and he pretty much explained all the ins and out of purchasing a home. He was very professional in making things clear about the procedure and about all my potential options. While having this discussion, it came to my (and his) attention that I was NOT ready to buy a house. Mentally, yes I was. Financially, I had a few years of saving to do before I was close to my goal. So I never gave Jonathan Starr any actual business. He was kind enough to take time out of his busy schedule just to talk to me and clarify my situation. This may be standard behavior for all real estate agents, but Jonathan Starr really goes to extra mile by remaining professional and polite even after he realizes he won’t be making any money from that client.
Whenever I have any real estate questions, I call Jonathan. He and his staff are gracious enough to assist me. Even though I’m not ready for a home today, I know that when I am, I’ll go to Jonathan Starr. I’ve met a lot of real estate agents throughout the years and I learned that the most professional and knowledgeable one is Jonathan Starr. Thank you again for your assistance Jonathan!

twice I left a voicemail for jon to call me back with info on a local property that he has listed in charter oak. twice he hasn’t responded. at this point I say that he is a fraud and I wouldn’t list nor would I recommend anyone list with him. the owners expect him to show the property and get it sold. how can that happen if he doesn’t have enough business acumen to return calls?
i’d give zero stars for mr starr if it was an option.
