Dr. Williams was quick, thorough, and reassuring. My sister came in with a bad throat infection and Dr. Williams was quick to diagnose and find a treatment for her. He prescribed appropriate medication and made us feel very hopeful. A few days later my sister is feeling much better and he even offered to see her through a post-​op. Short wait times as well. Thank you!!!

Extremely horrible front desk. I requested a fax to pharmacy and all she could say is «there’s nothing she can do, doctor on vacation.» I told her I need it NOW, my ear infection will worsen and I’m boarding a plane in a few hours. She said I cant do anything and hung up. I called back and these humans simply behaved careless, dismissive and have zero regard for others. Whatever your problem or emergency is. They act that it’s your problem, not there, absolutely disgusting.

I can hear! The first words my GF said to me after seeing the doctor. The Doctor kindly removed impacted wax from her ear. We are so glad they accept cash patients and offered a same day appointment!

Literally the best and brightest ENT specialist you will ever have. No wait and he is so thorough in his appointments. Highly recommend going to him. I had a serious ENT infection and it cleared up right away after I saw him.

Been 2 weeks and no call back… calling today… and as I am giving my information she is talking to someone else… she is calling the lab to see where my test results are… but its been 2 weeks… and i had to call to figure this out? I paid cash. I am assuming this is the receptionists job. The doctor did his job…

Great Doctor, horrible receptionist. Dr. Williams always takes his time with his patients, answers all questions and address every concern.
The office front desk help on the other hand, is horrible. I’ve had more than one unpleasant and unwelcoming incident with his receptions, «Maria.» –greets you like she hates her job. I always have to do all the leg work with my referrals and making sure everything has been cleared with my insurance before I go. They have scheduled appointment without checking for authorization and have made me lose an entire day of work.

Awesome doctor! If you call for an appointment you can usually get in same day or the next day. Wait time is minimal. Dr. Williams spends as much time with you as you need. He did my sinus surgery and my nephews sinus surgery. He’s so good. Highly recommend him. Friendly staff as well.

Dr. Williams saved my life. I have a rare blood disease that causes frequent and heavy nosebleeds. He tried everything from the last invasive to ultimately surgery that fixed the problem completely. The point is, he stick with me, has a great bedside manner and was willing to work with me to find the solution. Dr. Williams takes time with his patients and although you may way a little longer, you really feel you get his full attention. He’s been written up as one of the top doctors and has received many other accolades but he is as down to earth as they come. If ever in need for an ENT I would highly recommend Dr. Williams!
