Jeremy was the only one responded for Unilocal quote request. others didn’t bother to respond. He came just couple days later to measure and gave a quote. very affordable and he tries to suggest different product to fit customer’s budget and need. Blinds were ordered right away and were installed couple days later which looked beautiful! He even went beyond with his customer service to move our downstairs blinds to master bedroom upstairs for free! Very friendly and I highly recommend him!

Jeremy is personable, friendly, and easy to work with. He came out, brought a ton of samples to choose from and came out to install my vertical blinds. Later, I had construction done to my office and the workers put the blinds outside. Although they were covered with a tarp, they warped in the outdoor heat. Not knowing what to do, I called Jeremy. He came out immediately and helped me take pictures to show the construction team that the blinds were ruined. We reordered and sent the bill to the construction head. Thank God for Jeremy and his caring, and speed. I wish I had more windows to cover. Great experience.

I found Jeremy through Unilocal and found his business to be 5 stars so I contacted him. Jeremy called back and promptly set up an appointment on the weekend which worked well for us. Jeremy was right on time when he arrived and came prepared with the material we had discussed over the phone. He explained everything about the material and what would work best for each room. It went so well that in less than an hour my husband and I already had agreed on blinds for three different rooms! The pricing is reasonable and most importantly Jeremy listened to what we wanted and went with it. Jeremy is an awesome guy, he always kept in contact with us to keep us updated on our order. We had our blinds in a week and now our house feels like a home! Thanks Jeremy!

Jeremy is awesome! He came out to our office, brought his samples, listened to our needs and showed us the products that would work best for us. He’s very pleasant and price is reasonable and made the whole process so easy. We placed the order with him on the same day and he had the product within the week. He was extremely professional and I will definitely be referring him to all my friends and family. By the way, our shades look awesome!

Great service and installation. Ball Custom is a great chose for your window decorating or blind needs. Ball Custom can handle any job! my job was unique, and I went through a few vendors, they did not seem to want or could handle the job. After I received my bid from Ball Custom, I did a bit of digging… once I learned that Ball Custom is the window coverings choice for Citrus College and other public accounts. I was sold.
