Windjammer Gallery & Custom Framing

This is a cute little gallery situated in a building practically on the water. Most of the artwork for sale was done by local artists.
The gallery itself is very cute and the gentleman who was working there when we visited was extremely nice.
Most of the artwork is rather pricey (and certainly out of our price range anyway, since we are a recent college grad and a graduate student) but we managed to find two very cute prints for under $ 40. They are quite adorable and we are looking forward to framing them and putting them up on the wall.
This gallery also has a custom framing area and there are deals that give you a reduced rate on prints or frames if you decide you want to frame a work right then and there.
A lot of the artwork wasn’t really our style, but I’m sure other people would find a lot to choose from.
I’d recommend checking this place out if you’re in the market for some art… or even just for browsing, since that’s the main reason we went in!
