The service is great. I didn’t have to wait very long for my stylist. Dana was great, she listened to what I wanted, asked questions to clarify and did exactly what I needed. She was friendly and knew a lot about different things I was asking about(donating hair). I would go back to Dana and Michael D’ Anthony’s again. Although their prices are a little higher than I would normally pay(thank goodness for Groupon), I think what I got was worth the price.

Lyssa is amazing! I came in with a mess and left with beautiful hair! She needed to do a color correction. Slip up from a prior stylist. I have a ton of hair and my head takes a lot of time to foil. She created such dimension with lowlights and highlights and really knew how to time it all perfectly! I had a certain allotment of time in which she worked to diligently to make all this happen. To top that off, her outgoing personality makes it simply a joy to be around her .Dana was great too, she assisted. I am so looking forward to future visits in the wonderful atmosphere they provide! Thanks!

Love Love Love this salon! I bought a groupon for this salon for my first visit here so I was excited about the price. I was even more thrilled at the end result. I have long hair and I was in desperate need of a cut and layers. I was paired with Dana and she took everything I said and translated it into the perfect cut I was looking to get. Her communication was great, overall experience was quick(1 hour) and she was super nice! I have found my new hair salon! Ask for Dana she is great!

My adult daughter(she’s 30) and I went today, for the first time to get cut, deep condition, full highlights and style with Dana. Our hair came out wonderful, both of us are so very happy! The salon was clean, bright and busy. The customers ranged from teens to gray hairs, like myself.(therefore the highlights) My daughter has very thick hair which requires extra time and attention. We went with a deal from Groupon so the price was right, and Dana even gave us coupons to go back for the full treatment again for the same price! Dana juggled both of us at the same time, and we were out the door happy and completely finished in about 3 hours. Overall we were treated professionally with respect, and Dana listened and gave us what we requested. Thanks Dana, we will be seeing you again soon!

I tried this salon after purchasing a groupon for a no-chip manicure, and now I not only go there for my no-chip I have started getting my hair colored there too! The firs time I called to make an appt. for a no-chip manicuare, Lyssa the owner was very flexible with the dates and times along with giving me her personal cell phone for any other correspondences. I liked that alot. She definitely has a personal touch that alot of salons don’t offer anymore. My no-chip lasted almost three weeks and it was the best french manicure ever! Lyssa also spoke of the other services that the salon offers. I decided to let Lyssa highlight and color my hair which turned our wonderful! The prices are right and she is very aware that alot of us are on a tight scheudle and is willing to work out dates and time for appointments. She recently came in super early on a Saturday to fit me in for an appointment. I definitely recommend this salon if you are looking for a classy, but down to earth salon with excellent services!

Just met with Lyssa, the owner. She gave me a no-chip manicure and I think it looks beautiful. Mine usually last up to 3 weeks so that will be the true test but so far so good. The salon is sleek and the all the people there were very friendly.

Well I had a groupon and I guess you get what you pay for. I guess I paid for a no chip manicure and that’s all I got. No wine and dine to say the least. I briefly had my nails filed, unevenly. Then she forcefully pushed back my cuticles– no soaking in water, no lotion, just jamming them back into my fingers. Next came the slapping of polish down. Oh wait, she tried to tell me my nails were too short for a dark color… WHAT? What does that even mean?! I demanded a dark color anyway. So then slaps down a coat, glopping it all over my fingers, she does another coat, glops more all over my hand, then disputes with me over if I really need a 3rd coat or not– when we all could clearly see the streaks of uneven color. Well I left with a 3rd coat, enough nail polish on my hands to paint my toes, and will not be returning to say the least. Beware if your fingers aren’t Elvira length… only pale pinks for you!

I came here last week for a no-chip manicure, right before my best friends wedding. I’ve been getting no-chips on and off for years, so I know a bad one when I see it. Well unfortunately, this was a bad one. I waited at the front desk for about a minute to be checked in, when a hair stylist had to be told to get up and come help me. Not a big deal, it’s a small business so I’m assuming they cut costs by not having front desk staff. One thing that caught me off guard — it was early September, and there were Christmas decorations out — silver deer with ornaments on them — are we early, or were these just left out from last year?! I had a little giggle about that. There is only one nail station here, so if you came here with your bestie hoping to get appointments at the same time, you are out of luck. The nail tech, who I believe is also the owner, immediately started asking me where I usually get no-chips, how much they are, and how long they take. She proclaimed that«the vietnamese» don’t do a good job, and that they really need to learn how to speak English. She also prided herself on being fast — but here’s why she’s so fast: 1– she did not ask me how I wanted my nails shaped 2– she did not cut down or file my nails 3– she did not even touch my cuticles 4– she barely polished the sides of my nails 5– she got polish on my cuticles, which in turn, caused the polish at the bottom to peel up and chip off. I was in and out of there within 35 minutes, with crappy looking nails because my cuticles still looked so bad. I had polish all over my fingers on a few nails, and she told me «I know this sounds unprofessional, but that will just peel off in a few days». Oh, okay. Cool. My nails looked terrible not even a week after I got them done — and no-chips usually last at least two weeks on me. It was so frustrating, especially because during the entire process, she kept tooting her own horn, saying how good and fast she was. Well, maybe you should slow down a bit, and the quality of your work would be better. I’m not happy — the only silver lining is that I had a $ 25 LivingSocial deal — but even that was over-paying for this crappy service. She gave me coupons to come back, but I will not be going back.
