I’ve had this bookmarked awhile now for my guy. I’m not even a cigar smoker and I was loving it. The guy was so nice and helpful.
I tried my first cigar here. Some cherry flavor one. I’m not even going to act like I know anything about cigars.
My guy and I got a tour of the VIP lounge and he let us sit down there too. He gave us some water and we sat and smoked our cigars.

If you are a true cigar lover, you need to check this place out. This place has the best collections of cigars in all Chicagoland. And you will drool all over their vintage room collection. Their also have their own exlcusive blends called B52 and B56, Wetwrap from Tatuaje and UF-​4 from drew estates. But not to worry, they have vast amount of cigars for sale and sales people knows their cigars. They are happy to ask any questions you might have.
VIP Lounge downstairs is an epitome of man cave. Private movie theater, comfortable chairs and booths, conference room, private lockers and even have a positive vacuum locker to hang your jackets (brilliant isn’t it?) You can also bring your own bottle and they have typical sodas and water for you to drink. Now that I’m only 15 mins away, I’m planning to get my VIP membership and make this place my second home (although I live 5 min walk from their sister store Eight by Eight Cigars). This is a must visit place for any cigar lovers that comes through Chicago.

One of the best if not the best Cigar Lounges in the area. Been a vip member for over 2 years now.

Fantastic inventory. I have been there many times in fact today was one. However every time I go there I’m amazed at how unpleasant their staff is. Great cigars just wish it was friendly, then I’d go even more.

Classy is an understatement. I enjoy coming here for events since I don’t live close by. This lounge is top notch from the cigars companies they bring in to the gourmet food the serve in the VIP room, which by the way is fantastic. It’s always treat to visit and enjoy a great cigar with friends and feel like a king. Job well done.

By far the classiest, cleanest, and most beautiful facility! Their VIP room is gorgeous. They even have a theatre and personal lounge for you to work on! the vintage room was really cool too. The best variety and selection of cigars you could imagine. Excellent staff and service and they’re very knowledgable!

The selection and service are unparalleled. A wide variety of cigars and accessories. The lounge is an incredible experience and I would highly recommend signing up!

Great looking place and they have an excellent selection of cigars. There’s not that much parking especially on weekends. Heads up! There is a smaller cigar lounge for customers. However the bigger and better lounge is ONLY for members, which was a little disappointing.

I am a minimal cigar smoker & only occasionally have a cigar but like a quality one. I heard this shop was great so I stopped in — wow, they have the best spot I’ve seen with an AMAZING variety in EVERY price point (other than Swisher Sweet market). From Chicago, to Denver, to New York — I’m the most impressed with this place by far.
The service is awesome — I told them I don’t smoke cigars often, they still spent time with me. I told them I have a LOW budget so they steered me in a direction without trying to up-​sell me on a specific brand etc… I told them I like mild — medium and they got me exactly what I liked. They gave amazing recommendations, not cocky or rude, really professional & the shop itself is immaculate & professional. Really impressed from sales to presentation, and of course the product. Easy a 5 star place.

The nicest looking cigar shop in the area. I once met a cigar distributor and he said it was he nicest place in the Midwest. Great selection and the prices are very reasonable. It a monthly fee or a one one fee to go into the basement cigar bar. If I owned a bar is make it look like that haha. Once I was there and there’s a guy in front of me in line wearing a Cubs hat. In front of him the guy is wearing a Cardinals hat. Tw cubs hat guy says why are you wearing a Cardinals hat we have the Sox and Cubs to choose from. They joked around a little and the Cardinals hat guy walked downstairs. The Cubs hat guy had a friend walk up to him and say «you idiot he was wearing a Cardinals hat cause he owns the Cardinals. Too funny.

THE GO TO PLACE in Chicagoland area. I try to stop by here every time I’m in Chicago. This is by far the nicest shop and lounge I have ever been to in the country. They have a huge selection of harder to find or rare cigars. The cigars are always kept at a good humidity as I’ve never got a cigar from them that was too dry or wet.
Their accessories selection is also quite nice if you fancy yourself some ST Dupont goodies. The manager there is very nice and always accommodating (I’ve met him many times but am really bad with names).
If you go there during slower times and purchase some cigars, they usually allow you to enjoy the cigar in the downstairs VIP lounge. Their lounge downstairs is the nicer I’ve ever experienced. There is even a separate home theatre type room that you can use. If I lived in the area I would definitely be a lounge member.
Also don’t forget to check out the special area upstairs where they keep their really special cigars at. This place is a must if you enjoy fine cigars.

One of my favorite cigar shops. The staff is friendly and helpful. The selection is huge. The store is clean and maintains a good balance between sleek modern design and the earthy aesthetic of a good cigar place. The public lounge is large and comfortable. The VIP area downstairs is amazing and worth asking about.
They’re still friendly, but it’s best to avoid casual shopping on the nights of big games, as they’re almost always very full.

This is the best cigar experience you will have, hands down.
This store and lounge is absolutely beautiful inside and out. They have some collections that I have never heard of or seen before. They also have some of my favorite cigars that nobody else normally stocks. They even have a vintage room and their own house blend cigar is amazing. I have yet to let someone try it that did not like it.
I stumbled in here randomly one night with a small group of friends. We were given the grand tour by omar. He was awesome and showed us around. Then we went downstairs to the VIP area. Words would not do that area justice. It is amazing and has everything you can think of.
The woman that helped us was gorgeous and absolutely great. She was friendly and helpful and made our visit even more amazing. I think her name is kara. She is the one that works Thursday and Friday nights.
I came back again and was helped by Arriana. She was another very friendly and helpful person and she helped me decide on a new lighter I have been after.
I just love the selection they have, the ambiance and environment they have set, the products they offer and of course their customer service. It is the best I have experienced in a very long time.
I usually go and grab 3 cigars or so and it runs me around $ 40 or so. The liquor store across the street will deliver too! This place is just absolutely beautiful and amazing and I can’t say anything bad about it. I am hoping to become a member very soon.

Amazing cigar lounge! Prices are decent. The place is as clean and classy as can be. It was my first time there so i got a tour of the lounge and vip area — beautiful!
The owner? Made me a cup of coffee and left me to enjoy the cigar.
Definitely a must visit, and i have absolutely nothing negative to say. At all. Nada.

The bf and I checked out MonteCristo when we were bored one evening. We didn’t end up buying a cigar but we totally get the appeal of this place. It’s a giant upscale man-​cave. The VIP lounge downstairs is plush, BYOB and offers food. The cigar selection upstairs is top notch. On top of that, the service is very friendly. If you’re into cigars, this place is incredible.

This is THE 2012-​era ‘standard’ for cigar shops. It’s pristinely designed and carries the best selection of old standards to hard-​to-​find premium cigars. It also has a great selection of overruns extra aged – from premium companies. Then – as if that’s not enough – they have a ‘rare and aged’ room full of über quality cigars. The only problem with this place is managing your bank account when there…
It does have a decent ‘free’ lounge area… but I had the privilege of being ‘comped’ a session in their basement lounge area and was blown away. If I lived here I’d definitely be a member. It’s huge, has a full bar for BYO and coffee, has a private DVD theatre, a conference room, plenty of booths, tables and chairs… and perfect ventilation.
BTW – if there in warm weather, they do have a great patio outside area to smoke. Free as well.
I don’t know how they afforded this but am glad they did. I’ve been to lounges all over the U.S. and have yet to find better. As I said, THE standard moving forward.

Great place. Fantastic service. Staff is very knowledgable. Took the time to ask me about what type of cigars I enjoy, and then suggested I try a particular cigar that had been aged. Private club in the basement that is byob.
This is probably the best cigar store I’ve ever entered. Top shelf. Well done.
