Walgreens

This place was a disaster. I go here every now and then, and my most recent experience is from a couple days ago.
My wife and I stopped into find some ‘hard to find’ makeup that is supposed to be hitting our Walgreens any day now — from my wife. We walked in and were greeted right away by the front cashier, which is the only saving grace from this experience. We walked around the cosmetic section and couldn’t find what we are looking for. There was a lady purchasing a lot of toilet paper at the cosmetic counter, (that crap irritates me as it is), and she was SO SLOW, the customer, not the cashier. But the cashier didn’t say one word to my wife and I, not a ‘Just one moment’, or a ‘do you need help with anything’. You can still greet another employee while checking another one out.
Then I remember I saw another employee doing something under the counter, I thought she was looking for something. But when I walked to the other side of the counter, I looked down and she bent down and ON HER PHONE! I couldn’t get over that. I was so shocked, my wife and I just left. I should have said something, but again, was very shocked.
I probably won’t be going back to this Walgreens again. The service was horrible and if the employees don’t care about helping out the customers, what’s the point of giving them my business?
