One of the benefits of this store being in one of the most deserted malls in America is that the selection is awesome. When other VS locations were all picked over during 5/​$ 27 panties, there was a great selection here. Also, it’s one of the only VS locations I’ve ever been to where as someone who presents as male, I can shop without being harassed or mistreated.

Since the decline of the Mall of the Bluffs, this place has gone down hill in customer service. On a number of occasions, I’ve walked in spent 5 minutes and walked out while girls stood around and talked. This last trek to Victoria Secret was only done because i had a free $ 10 off coupon for a birthday reward (sign up through email). The ladies were nice and I was in and out quickly.
