place is okay i guess. price is more affordable than the other extended stays in the area. hotel overall is clean. however, don’t let them put you in room 108 because the guy in 110(who has been staying here for two years) will violently cough and keep you awake all night. you can hear it right through the walls and down the hallway. if you ask to get a new room because of the disturbance, they will tell you it’s a $ 40 charge.

I did a lot of research before choosing an extended-stay hotel for a long business trip. I talked to 3 members of the staff at this one and all were friendly and exceptionally helpful. They won’t let anyone stay there who is on a sex offender list. The price is low because you only have to purchase the extra amenities if you wish to. When I arrived, I was pleased that the building is nearly new and that my room is very nice. The one bone I have to pick with them is that it says«full kitchen» — there is a full-size fridge/freezer, 2 burners and a sink, and a nice large microwave — but how can they call it a full kitchen with no oven? That aside, I like it. The internet service is NOT wifi — I had to purchase an Ethernet cable and for wired service, it’s kind of slow(a YouTube video might take 20 minutes to load). So far so good — I will probably update my review at the conclusion of my stay but overall I have a pretty high opinion of this place.
