NONO No! My daughter, and I stopped in to get our hair cut. We walked in, and we could see the stylist sitting in the back working on two customers. Numerous times they looked at us, and never once acknowledge us. At first I thought they were almost done, and was trying to hurry up so they could help us. NOT! They just kept working on them two customers. So I moved around made sure they knew that I was there, and of course they would glance at me and go back to what they were doing. My daughter who is 15yrs old said dad why wont they come help us? So I sat another couple minutes thinking they would say something, but NOPE not a word. I told my daughter lets go, and out the door we went. I went right over to the customer service of Walmart, and spoke to the manager. You know walmart prides itself on its customer service. Why would they have such a unwelcome establishment in their facility? So the manager told me «lets go over there and get the 800 number on the wall, and call it» I’ll be damn as soon as we walked up to the entrance, not even in the door yet the lady was rushing up asking me if she could help. I never said one word to her, and continued to write the number down. So if your reading this, PLEASE go else where! Save you money. I see numerous bad reviews about this place. I guess I was to late, and had to experience the bad!

VERYBAD —- I had a VERYBAD stylist. My cut is easy, takes 10 minutes, but I’m a wreck when I get my hair cut, because of numerous bad experiences. Unfortunately, stylists move and leave the profession, so every few years, I have to find someone new. Over the years, good stylists have told me the number of inches they cut to, at the forehead, over the ears, crown, etc. So when I go to a new stylist, I’m specific with what I want… to avoid problems. This woman was nice enough, I was explicit in telling her I was fearful, in hopes that she would be extra careful. I explained what I wanted. She made the first cuts at the forehead… instead of 2 ½ inches, she cut to 1 inch!!! I could immediately see it was too short, and asked her to stop a second so I could look. She combed it down for me to see. That was enough… I didn’t let her cut any more. I stood up and walked out. I didn’t get the stylists name… because I walked !!! But I had to get a cut, and took another chance. Three days later, I went to Michaela at the SmartStyle on 72nd St. I told her what had happened at the other salon. She said«good for you!» She was understanding of my fears. She was shocked at the short lengths the first stylist had done. She could see what my cut was supposed to be like, and was able to cut it right on my first visit… and in such a way, that it hid the chop job the first stylist did. Michaela got it right the first time! ! Highly recommend Michaela at the Omaha 72nd St location. I’ll go back to her !!!
