Our server, Lachel, was very nice and friendly. The food came out quickly. But the food was exactly what you expect from a national chain. It might say fresh on the front window but the giant service food truck in the back says otherwise. The salad bar was only a half step above Pizza Hut and the croutons had been fried in oil that must have gone bad.

I had a really good experience. Server was very friendly and helpful. Garden bar was great with so much to choose from. I had the blackened tilapia which was delicious. I recommend the place for any group.

The wait staff gets better service then customers. I waited over an hour then gave up on ordering food. Had a couple beers. One served in a hot glass. Still waiting to order another for the last twenty minutes. Watched all the staff order meals which bar tender was happy to order. I hope they tip him well cause I won’t. Counted six stafers ordering food while I waited for service. Definitely skip this joint, McDonald’s is right next door. At least they will serve you.

Worst service ever! Sat at bar for dinner, bartender was more interested in gossiping with customers then serving food and drinks. Waited, and waited and waited to be served! Nicole you suck and I hope you read this so you know why I left you «No» tip. Will never come in when you are working. The sad part is the manager was just as useless and doing the same. Stood 2 feet away with empty glass for 10 minutes and said and did nothing as he to was gossiping! Maybe this post will help other!

Sat at the bar. Bartender Nicole was awesome. Had drinks appetizers and meals. Everything was as I would have expected. Not my first time here. Haven’t ever been disappointed. Enjoy!

In my entire 57 years of life this was the worst service I have ever seen. They ran out of glasses for drinks because they wouldn’t clear the tables. Had to ask the waitress three times for refills. The salad bar was disgusting and no wonder others got food poisoning. I will never visit a Ruby Tuesday anywhere again.

Two words: food poisoning. I note that there has been another review of this Ruby’s that also mentioned food poisoning, so there seems to be a trend here.
Visited on 10÷4÷13 to meet with a friend. Service was good, but order was incorrect. Food was average. I felt mildly queasy afterwards (I have a cast-​iron stomach), but my friend was sick for two days.
NEVER again! Avoid this place like the plague. Pity there’s no ZERO rating.

Just returned from dinner here. Waitresses and kitchen staff were at odds… thus customer service suffered. Party of four people, three were finished before fourth got her food. Six thirty PM and place was almost deserted. If something doesn’t change I don’t think this restaurant will survive.
