I called in to have a burger for pick up and they said I had to get it to go, not a problem. I ate in my car, not a problem. The problem was I forgot to get my receipt, I drive for a living and I can deduct some meals in my taxes and at 15 $ for a plain hamburger I wanted to. When I asked them to reprint it they did, but when I saw it I noticed they had added to my tip. It was only .08 $ more than I tipped them but I noticed. I didn’t say anything to them, but I am saying it to you guys, because it’s wrong and betrays customer trust. They should be happy with the tips they get. Also, it’s great they do fries now, but making them 2 $ more when a plain burger with no drink is 15 $ is crazy. Potatoes are cheap guys… Seriously.

Go there several times a month and I must say this place has the best burger around. The food is consistently good! Had dinner there last night and the service provided by Lindsey was outstanding! Gotta try this place if you haven’t!!!

Dear Mike’s, Can you please learn to cook a burger to order? Almost every time I go in there, when I ask for rare, I get medium. I’ve even said, «Cook it as little as you possible can.» I still get medium. Rare means rare. Not medium. God damn. Hire new cooks or teach them what different temperatures mean. I’m scared to see what your cooks think«medium» is. You used to be the only burger place who’d consistently give me rare. Now you’re just like all the others and it’s not even worth going out for a burger anymore. Gordon Ramsay would facepalm you hard, and he loves In N Out. Just sayin’. Thanks, Susie P. S. The extra star is for the variety of burgers and the sides.

Just left there with a party of 9. Walked in at 8pm open sign was still on we walked in and the waitress says we close at 8 on Sunday’s. I am begging you to hire ladies who want to work at this location. The food is SO good but the service is awful! I am really starting to get over it. The one in Petaluma has better service but they can even be weird. They have a back room that is ALWAYS empty and we have tried to have several meetings there with parties of 12 plus and they get really weird about letting us use the back room so the meetings have now moved to Sauced. Just doesn’t make sense to me!

LOL won’t be coming back here again. While the food is decent i won’t be coming back on account of the careless waitresses. They seem extremely self-involved and neglect any needs you have that may inconvenience them. I just left without my food and with a horrible experience that was not my fault. My debit card was ‘declined’ even though having sufficient funds to pay for the to-go order. She responded with«oh yeah, the chip cards don’t really work here» and walked away never to come back. Having told her i called my bank and the fact that I’ve been using my card all day she just would walk away and act like i was non-existent. Go to Superburger instead. At least they give a damn.

Do not come here. The customer service is very poor. It was nothing but a bunch of hot, conceited girls standing around not tending to their tables. I waited 45 minutes for a cup of chili and a turkey burger. I looked at the bar and the waitresses were just standing around flirting with the men at the bar. I will never come back here, and oh ya my moms chili was cold and I said NO mayo on my burger and it was lathered in mayonnaise.

Been here many times over the years. Mike’s will always make sure you leave with a belly full of burger! First started going to Mikes when they were down off Coronoa. It’s a great, tasty, huge, fresh burger — now with fries!

This place smells great when you first walk in and the greeting was inviting. However never once did the sever ask how I wanted my burger done, which I assumed they would have cooked the burger(turkey) how everyone else does, so it’s not raw. My burger was so raw and the bun soggy. I ordered a salad instead of fries and I took one bite and didn’t eat the rest because it was old lettuce that looked like it was thrown together from two days ago. It was $ 30 for two burgers not even including tip. You might as well go to McDonald’s to save yourself some money. Overall I would not go back to this place.

So a buddy of mine wanted ti eat here and dragged me along. If you want an awesome Burger, some beers(or whatever) this is your place. The burgers are fantastic and you can get just about anything you want on them. Do you like garlic, hell ask for the garlic Burger and stand back. Wow that’s a ton of garlic. You need to try it!

This location is inferior to the Petaluma store. Quality and consistency has decreased to a point where we will drive 20 extra miles to Petaluma.

3.5stars Came in for lunch with a buddy and sat at the bar. Efficient service but not overly friendly or inviting. I ordered the garlic burger with fries and it was killer! The garlic was a heaping pile on top of the patty and was so good. Really tender garlic, nice and sweet with good caramelization. Burger was cooked medium and at a half pound it was a gut buster. I couldn’t even finish off the fries and was full pretty much all day. They have a variety of about 10 burgers on the menu and you can always customize one if you desire. If you’re looking for a good burger Mikes should be considered.

Overpriced, extra charge for Ranch dressing and didn’t let us know and got the order wrong. Waited 20 minutes for a turkey burger and a grilled cheese. Never going back. $ 32 for two for lunch. Outrageous. Did I say we’re never going back. No stars for this place.

Menu is all types of burgers. If you aren’t into a burger they also have chicken sandwiches. I’m not a burger fanatic, but I do recognize a good burger when I have one. I’d say this spot is decent. The only thing I did not like was the shredded lettuce on the burger, it made a messy burger even more so. Atmosphere is great so is the wait staff.

Wow this place has gone down a steep sorry hill. $ 27 for two burgers and they were terrible. The burgers were ordered medium and they were both well done. The old hand formed patty is gone and its a round thin patty of meat. The burger was way over cooked, they use some crap off branded ketchup and frozen fries. Frozen fries?! In and Out and Five Guys both use fresh fries and really if you want to go to a place that serves the party’s all cooked the same you’re better off going there. It’s a lot cheaper. When I spend this kind of money on a burger I expect hand formed patties and a cook that knows how to cook a medium burger. This place has little in common with the old Mikes at the Crossroads other than some relish, the macaroni salad and the name.

Seriously disappointed by dinner tonight. The Mike’s double burger with cheese didn’t even have 2 peices of cheese on it, the fires were a soggy mess. The turkey burger with chili cheese fries was about the same as a Carles Jr’s burger. The order of chili fries was so small for the hefty price.

Looking for a Monday night NFL pub. This place will do just fine. Some fine chilli beer from the many taps and good service. What more could a fellow want? Its famous for its ½ fresh ground steak Burger’s Old style shakes and fries That’s about the sum of it until I get a burger.

I have been coming here for years. Kind of pricey. Not the best but not the worst. They have a good menu selection. I would like to see them convert to environmentally friendly to-go boxes. And get rid of the Styrofoam

I would really give 3.5 stars but since that isn’t an option I figured I would round up. First off, the little shopping plaza this restaurant is located in, is in kind of a weird spot because the freeway on ramp is pretty much the street it’s on and turning in/out of the parking lot is a tad difficult. When we went the parking lot was being repaved or something so there weren’t many stalls then but I’m sure it’s better now. I like the sports feel inside. We went for lunch on a weekday so it wasn’t very busy and the food came fast. The waitress was very nice and checked up on us. I got on of their burgers which was huge and I had to cut it up to eat since no one could possibly bite into that giant thing. It was tasty though. I got a chocolate shake to go and it was probably the best milkshake I’ve had in a while! LOVEDIT! I would go back again if someone invited me but probably not just to go… Unless it’s for that shake.

You are a burger joint. The kids menu should have a kids burger option. You are basicallt forcing parents to purchase a very large, 10 dollar adult basic cheeseburger because you dont have a kids burger. Of all the things a business can be flexible about, it should be a kids burger. You carry hotdogs for kids and you are not a hotdog cart. But you dont carry kids burgers and you are a burger place. First time here, ever. It was kind of a disappointment. For what you pay though the positions and size of the burgers are worth it. Quantity over quality. So, it’s not the best tasting. Small selection of beer but it’s nice and cold. Great for the hot up coming months. They have Alexander Valley on tap, that’s a plus. Over all, you can taste that nothing is really made in house(garnishments/sauces) and they mainly come out of a can or bottle. I would rather pay more for more flavor and freshness.
