Quality and style has gone down hill. Some years ago this store had some good and stylish offerings. It is almost impossible to find stylish clothing for the plus size set. So I was quite excited and became a regular customer. Over the past couple of years their offerings have just gone downhill. Sweatshirt fabric for so many items, and those that are still decent fabrics are just plain ugly or dull.

I would give this rating no stars if I could. I purchased a skirt from MIB, at full price less than 30 days ago. the skirt is now half price. I call to get an adjustment and was told no. I talked to several customer service people to no avail. their return policy is 90 days but they will not issue a credit unless it was just a couple of days I’m told. That is very bad customer service. I can purchase the new skirt and return the old one but they will not issue a credit. The customer service people said «if thats what you want to do»
I’m going to do this company one better. I’m going to return the skirt and not purchase anything. MIB does not want my business. They have more than enough customers and applying common sense, better yet common courtesy is not necessary for this company.
Thank you for reminding me that I will lose my shipping fee. It lets me know that you are well aware that your shipping fees are ridiculous. Even losing the shipping fee, I would have saved more than 25%.
I bid MIB farewell, I only patronize businesses that appreciate their customers and respect my dollars!
