Bio-Pest

We hired Bio pest to help with a rat problem in our home. Part of their promise is to find entry points to your home. After several visits and many hundreds of dollars over many months we still have rats coming into our home. We have now called and left message many times and no one returns our calls. It’s really disappointing when a company takes your money but does not complete their service agreement. Now we have to start over with another company who hopefully do complete the work paid for.
I notice there is another 1 star review that is hidden and not factored into the review total. Not sure why that is but if Unilocal is posting the positive reviews it is unethical not to post the poor ones as well. I would like this review posted so others don’t end up int the same situation.

I decided to work with Bio Pest since they were the only company I spoke with who would actually remove the trapped rodents. I was pleased with the service and felt much better that toxic chemicals were not used in my home. Thanks for taking care of our troubles!

My family and I are always looking for non-​toxic ways to live cleaner. When we had ant invasion at our home we called them at Bio-​Pest. They took care of our carpenter ants and the little ones in our kitchen too. They used some traps they installed around the property and we saw results almost immediately. No sprays, no respiratory irritants to fear, very very good. Very professional people to work with.
