Didn’t have the best experience when trying to order a swatch ring. It took six months to arrive, at this point I had switched to another line of hair and requested a refund. The customer service wasn’t great, but the issue was resolved. The hair quality is pretty good and my clients have been satisfied with their results.

This is the best place to buy hair in OC. I’ve purchased on their website
before and the hair and service have always been perfect. They carry wefts and individuals in just about every color you could imagine and they are great at helping you even if they don’t carry exactly what you are looking for. There is also a separate salon attached in the back so you can pick out your hair there and have it installed tight away. Awesome. Thanks Your Hair Shop!
