Virtual Perfection

We are currently in the middle of a major home remodel; living out of the house, exposed walls, etc. I asked friends and families for referrals for AV since the walls were exposed. I had 3 great referrals; each of them from people I trust. Very hard decision on my part. Very competitive quotes. VP was in the middle of the pack when it came to $, but I saw the value and hired them.
Jason at Visual Perfections earned my business by topping the list by way of his knowledge, value, timeliness, earnest effort and consultative approach. He spoke at my level and helped me understand all the components even though his knowledge is through the roof. He never up-​sold us, just wanting to find our comfort zone and will exceed our expectations.
We are in a 2-​step approach, the first is completed (Pre-​wire). When we move back in the home in a few months, we will complete the project with the install of all the equipment.
So far, fantastic! Clean work, nice crew, future-​proofed our wiring, great design, thoughtful approach. I can see that they are more interested in my outcome than their income. That goes a long way in business and choosing a vendor!

While in Orange County, I worked with Virtual Perfection to cable and install all audio/​visual for four different offices I’ve been the project manager for building out. Two of the three were a high end concierge medical offices and the other two a sports performance training facility. Their work was fantastic and I’m glad they’re finally on Unilocal so I can give this 5-​Star recommendation. They use high quality materials and take the time to install cable and components the «right way.»
The owner, Jason, also made great and cost effective recommendations for an office audio system. Make sure you ask about the Sonos solution, it’s amazing and surprisingly cost effective.
After the job is done, they’re still available for ongoing support and training for components they install, which is really nice. If you have any sort of data cabling or AV needs for your home or office, give the guys at Virtual Perfection a shot, they’re great.
