Our whole family loves this park!
The playground is a lot of fun! I was surprised that even my 11 month old had fun!
Our dog loved the dog park. I’d gone before but it was very muddy so is only go before the dog’s bath day but they’ve tried to make it better. They even added articulate grass to one section and I was approached by a city park official surveying the dog park visitors on ways they could make the park better (which I thought was nice).
It’s even nice for young couples to take a romantic stroll around the lake.

Santa Monica, CA
Wow, two great finds in one day. After we went on an awesome boat ride in Newport Beach, we wanted to get some energy out before the long car trip back to Santa Monica. Thanks to my fellow Unilocalers, we came here and were in park heaven!
Here’s what I saw:
— Baseball diamonds
— Skate park
— Waterfalls
— Lake with ducks /​birds
— Boulders
— Walking trails
— Playground
I’m sure I missed more. This place just went on forever. So beautiful and very clean — good job locals! If only something like this existed on the Westside… ahhh.
