Subway

They were out of cilantro, they ere out of dressing packets, theory didn’t not have a $ 5.00 foot long of the month, there bathroom was broken, I asked for salt and pepper packets. I literally got 1 salt and 1 pepper packet… And to top it off it seemed that it took a lifetime for the employee to make it. I frequent subways everywhere I go but it seems like the owner of this one is not on it. Disappointing …

I walked in for a quick bite to eat. I wasn’t greeted. I patiently waited and finally a woman decided to help me. She was rude and totally unprofessional. The sandwich was sloppy. I don’t like my sandwiches toasted and she toasted it with out asking me :(finally came time to eat my sandwich, and guess what?!? The paper that the sandwich is wrapped in smelled like rat urine! Which made my sandwich smell like that as well. I am sick to my stomach just smelling it. Will not be returning.

Love Subway but not this one! The employees seem miserable and are not friendly at all. Don’t go to this location.

Very rude counter help. I walked in and the young man behind the counter GLARED at me… yes, he actually glared.
I ordered my sandwich and he kept asking in a very loud, rude and impatient tone «WHAT ELSE, WHAT ELSE, WHAT ELSE»? Ugh. it’s so unbelievably rude to speak to customers in this manner.
He did a half assed job of wrapping up my sandwich and then just threw it into a bag. He rang me up and that was that… no thanks for coming in and all of that… he just handed me my receipt. I stood there and almost wanted to say «You know Sir, you really should not treat paying customers like dog shiat that you want to scrape off your shoe. The reason and the ONLY reason you are behind the counter and the reason you have a job and collect a paycheck is because of customers like me who come in here and purchase this sub par food». Seriously, Subway is not my first choice, but it’s a good place to go to get something quick and relatively healthy when you are on the go.
I filled up my drink cup and as I was standing there I could see through to the back kitchen area. This same turd of an employee was standing there putting a band-​aid on his finger and biatching to his coworkers about how he smashed his finger. Geez. I really hope that this same turd employee was wearing gloves when he made my crap sandwich.
Tip to the manager here: Take your crew on a field trip across the parking lot to Bruxie… the kids over there have NAILED the entire concept of «customer service».

I was the only person in there and I’ve probably been to Subway no more than 3 times in my life so I had to ask what specials they had.
Girl was rude (11am on ¹²⁄₂₁) and acted like I was bothering her. She rushed me through just asking «what else» and was VERY annoyed when I realized I hadn’t asked for Mayo or mustard and she had to stop wrapping the sandwich to put it on.
They have amazing specials but if their specials aren’t good enough for me to subject myself to the poor attitude behind the counter then I can’t give a good rating.

Rude people… well never go to this subway again. Person named Birtha was the worst.

Subway is Subway and you order it from the menu but there is always something you want changed, right? I prefer the Vege delite although let’s face it, the bread with your preferred items is what this place is about. Most things do not have much flavor so therefore if I want a real delicious sandwich I will go elsewhere. I really have no complaints, I know when I walk in what to expect. As long as the store is clean and they are friendly I am good to go. The $ 5.00 footlong is a great deal, add a bag of chips and soda and you might have an extra meal the next day. This location is small but they get the job done and everyone has always been friendly. I like their chocolate cookies too.

This location does not hook it up with the toppings AT ALL!!! I will gladly drive a block farther from my house to a different subway location to get the same sandwich but with MORE toppings!

I have ordered sandwiches from this location in the past.
My favorite sandwich is the turkey and ham foot-​long.
I ask them to load on the veggies and douse with oil and vinegar.
Descent price, OK quality. Foot-​long usually lasts me for two meals.
