I visited Dr. McLeod recently for a dental implant procedure and have to say that Dr. McLeod and his office staff were an absolute pleasure the deal with. My appointment scheduling was simple. An added bonus was that the staff ran my insurance and provided me an out-​of-​pocket estimate prior to my showing up.
As for the procedure itself, Dr. McLeod explained to me what was to be done before we started so as to properly set my expectations. He answered all the questions I had about the procedure, and allayed any uneasiness going into the procedure. I am glad to say that the procedure was completed without a hitch. I’m also surprised to not have felt any pain since the 3^rd day after the procedure.
Throughout it all, Dr. McLeod and his staff were and pleasure to deal with and performed phenomenally! And just a note about the facilities — the place was super clean and the equipment, as far as I can tell, looked modern/​updated. I hope to not need any additional implants in the future, but if I do, I’d at least know where I’d go to get one done!

Unfortunately needed gum surgery and Dr. McLeod was recommended. His staff is phenomenal! The front desk was terrific working through the insurance paperwork and the back office, assisting with the actual surgery, was top notch! All questions were thoroughly answered as well. The actual gum graft surgery was surprisingly quick and not nearly as uncomfortable as I had expected it to be. Dr. McLeod did beautiful, intricate stitching! Additionally, I was nervous post-​op and Dr. McLeod patiently and pleasantly answered my call after hours. Bottom line — this practice is exceptionally professional, talented, and assuredly your best option if you need a Periodontist!

This review is long overdue as I had my dental procedure 4 months ago, but better late than never, especially when this business is so good at what it does.
I was referred to Dr. McLeod by my dentist for a gum graft. Not a fun procedure, but Dr. McLeod and his staff tried to make my experience as comfortable as possible. The entire staff is friendly yet professional and very accommodating.
I ended up being much more sensitive to the after-​effects of my procedure than the average person and Dr. McLeod’s office couldn’t have been more helpful in the process. Dr. McLeod even opened up the office when it was normally closed to see me.
Admittedly I hope I never have to get that procedure done again, but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to call Dr. McLeod again. Highly recommend.

Dr. McLeod’s office provides high-​quality service while also being attentive to patients. When seeking a periodontist to perform a somewhat complicated procedure, I made an effort to compare prices, and also found that the cost of the procedure with Dr. McLeod to be significantly less than a periodontist with a fancier office. The quality of care was nonetheless excellent, and I appreciated Dr. McLeod and his staff’s warmth and knowledge.

Dr. McLeod’s office is a well-​oiled machine. I went there recently for a crown lengthening and was a little apprehensive about the procedure, but the staff and the doc put me at ease, constantly checking to make sure I was ok. The doc took his time and was thorough and the assistant was happy to answer any questions after the procedure was completed. No question is too stupid or silly to ask the doc or his staff. I appreciated the attentiveness and would send any family or friends there in a heartbeat!

Like most people with a fear of dentist, it’s important to me that the doctor is sensitive to my needs and makes me feel comfortable and that is exactly what Dr. McLeod is. I had all my wisdom teeth extracted with such great ease; the injection was painless and the surgery itself went smoothly (even though I had a difficult root tip that needed to be drilled out). I would highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a knowledgeable, attentive and just overall wonderful oral surgeon.

I was referred to Dr. McLeod from my dentist and had a very good experience having my dental implants performed by him. He and his staff have a very good bedside manner, which can be very important with any medical procedures.
I have now had my implants in for half-​a-​year and I am very satisfied with his work. If you’re looking for a clean, professional dental surgeon, Dr. McLeod is a very good option.

Dr. McLeod’s got that rare 1 – 2 punch that many dentists didn’t pick up at dental school: 1. he makes sure that you’re comfortable and doesn’t rush the job 2. he does great work b/​c he genuinely cares for his patients and wants to make sure they’re taken care of.
i’ve had crappy dentists who had me sit for hours in a chair for a simple procedure or rush through a complex procedure, causing me to visit another dentist to repeat it (thanks for the wallet diet a* holes). Dr. McLeod reinstated my faith in dentists and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a true professional.

Dr. McLeod is a young, energetic and — at least based on my outcome — seemingly brilliant periodontal surgeon.
Due in part to my chronic tooth grinding and incompetence by a dentist long ago (repeatedly using amalgam in a tooth grinder despite it breaking and/​or falling out SEVEN times in three months, then redrilling more each time to fit the same inappropriate filling back in), my tooth basically split in half.
Dr McLeod was able to lengthen my tooth by carving back my gums so that a crown could be put on. I can feel with my tongue that he was able to get all the way up to the top of the split, yet I never really felt any pain. The dentist warned me ahead of time that a periodontist was unlikely to be able to lengthen up to where the crack began, but he did and did it well. No infection, no problems whatsoever.
For whatever reason, local anaesthetic doesn’t last very long for me and the usual solution (epinephrine) to make it last longer makes my heart freak out. Dr McLeod listened, took heed, and was very conscientious about keeping me numb throughout the almost two hour procedure. I couldn’t have been happier about the experience.
Moreover, Dr McLeod was more than accommodating and reasonable when it came to scheduling and pricing. He bent over backwards to fit my schedule and, despite being out of network for my insurance, had a lower total gross price (insurance and my portion) than was quoted as out of pocket by an in-​network provider. (In other words, the total amount he charged without insurance was lower than the in-​network provider’s out of pocket part.)
I can’t thank the man enough. Highly recommended.
