I like Ramsay Rexall. I used them for a long time then had to stop because my insurance did not have a contract with them. I have called them twice in the past week and each person who answered the phone could not understand English, was not answering what I wanted to know and so out of frustration I hung up. They had the RX cheapest of the places I called but OMG I can’t deal with a place that can’t understand a basic question. Where is Paula?

I have been going to Ramsay’s for about 3 years now… unlike the big pharmacies, I never wait longer then 5 minutes for my meds to be filled! Paula, Chindaa, Mariana and staff are awesome– they are ALWAYS friendly and are very knowledgeable with any questions I have. If your looking for a personable pharmacy that you can trust… check them out!:)

I was new to the area and had been treated very poorly at other local pharmacies, it was a pleasant surprise to be greeted with friendly and helpful staff. I would and have recommended this place to friends and family. Thank you for your great service
P.s.
Regarding the other comment about them not giving her a price over the phone! If you took the time to understand why they didn’t I doubt you would be so harsh. The law does not let them quote medication prices over the phone. Google it

Heard they are cheap but they refuse to give prices over the phone. Screw that, seems shady.
