I have hired Mike for several projects, including: dry rot wood replacement, baseboard replacement, painting, repairing the mortar on a brick patio, and some miscellaneous home repairs in conjunction with some larger work. Given the extent of some of my jobs, he has requested a materials deposit to purchase supplies. He was dependable with providing receipts for all purchases. I have been impressed with his quality workmanship, and still marvel at how well he repaired the brick patio. I plan on using Mike for future projects.
