Lashes On Broadway

In general unfriendly service but more importantly, an inexperienced lash person glued one plastic eyelash to 3 – 4 of my natural lashes. It caused them to clump, turn downward and eventually fall in a week together with a lot of lashes of my own. The supposedly full service she did only a few. She told me to come in 2 weeks for replacement. Won’t be going back.

After months of having my lashes done at 3 different locations I finally found Kendra at the orange location. She did an awesome job. My eyes weren’t irritated. And my lashes look amazing. No more looking for me!

Just tried the Va Va Voom lashes for my first time! I thought they were going to look bushy and not so natural but I love them! She made them so naturally full, long and even! Can’t wait for my next visit. Be sure to ask for KENDRA she’s amazing! :)

1000% 5 stars. I had first heard about KENDRA though a mutual friend on Facebook and felt I had to have her. I was bummed when I heard my friend went to Aliso to get them done. I live in Huntington Beach. Come to find out lashes on Broadway has MULTIPLE LOCATIONS and a very organized schedule site to help you find the best location and time for you. It’s been almost two weeks (even after a Lake Havasu trip!) and my lashes are still amazing.

So so glad I found LOB and Kendra (Lash Tech). I’ve had my lashes done by several different places and people in the OC and they’ve never turned out as good as I’ve had it done by her. I am thankful I found LOB in Costa Mesa, after-​all a girl needs FABULOUS lashes. Kendra’s been doing such an awesome job keeping my lashes look gorgeous and curled. She’s very skilled and my lashes look very clean and natural. I typically will text her personal business line and she personally books my appointments for me and is great about working with my schedule!!! I had the pleasure of meeting Amanda (The Owner) at one of my appointments and she was super friendly and a delight to speak with!!! Highly highly recommended!

I have been getting my lashes done for 3 years now, and I have always had a good experience at lashes on Broadway. I live in California during the summer when I am not at school and have gone to lashes on Broadway every two/​three weeks for my fills during the past 2 summers at both the Orange and Costa Mesa locations. All of the lash artists I have had there have been attentive to how I want my lashes done and are extremely nice and make you feel comfortable (something that is important to me if I’m going to be laying on a table for an hour with my eyes taped shut.) I especially love the work of Kendra! I have been going to her this past summer and she always is quick and does a great job! I always leave with full, long, beautiful lashes that last me well into my next fill. I definitely recommend Lashes on Broadway to my friends in SoCal!

I keep posting my review fir this location and Unilocal keeps deleting it. It’s really frustrating and I’m starting to think that lashes of broadway has something to do with this. I came here to get my lashes done and it was great until their techs keep leaving. I would of stayed but they don’t have enough tech working for the costs mesa venue. They only have two techs that only work Friday’s (before 4) and Sunday’s with not a lot flexibility. I will come back until they hire more techs that work weekly.

I’ve been to this location once, I decided to come back since Angela did a great job on my lashes the 1^st time I saw her, now I couldn’t see her again because she’s a little far away from me, Costa Mesa is so much closer, I received a call as a reminder of my appointment, this person sounded rushed, I dismissed it. I showed up for my appt about 5 – 8 minutes late, I called because I couldn’t find the place but no-​one picked up, no biggie I found it. I get there 1^st impression was Wow this place is nice, person greeting me didn’t even introduce herself… She just said follow me this way, she seemed a little bothered because I was late? I guess? o_​O we were in the room I explained myself, she understood and believed me because she said she had a hard time finding this place also. I was like ok she might not be so bad. I lay down. She’s doing my lashes, I ask if I can get them a little more fuller and curly, she said ok she can do the 60 minutes. I decided not to go with the 60 minutes because I was uncomfortable with her attitude, I asked for her opinion before, if she thought I needed the 60 minutes (maybe she can do more full lashes in 45 minutes?) She didn’t give me her opinion she was like uhh like the 60 minutes? I just thought maybe she could let me know if she thought more fuller lashes looked good or if what she was going to add on would be enough based on my face figure :(she asked if she should stop at 45 minutes, of course I said yes. Overall I loved my lashes she did a good job, I just didn’t like her attitude –_​– Angela was very nice and gave me her opinion on what she thought looked good on me, she showed me the types of lashes and she even explained the glue she was going to use on me. This visit with was a bit disappointing, my lashes made up for it though…
