This office is well maintained. Friendly staff and little wait. Both of my kids have been with dr Taylor last four years and likes him. Easy going and down to earth advice. Answers all my questions and responds to messages promptly. Appreciate his explanations and easy to follow directions. So far we have had pleasant experiences from all staff and MDs who are in this office covering for him. Would recommend this office and dr Taylor to my friends.

Dr. Taylor misdiagnosed my child’s illness, leading to months of a respiratory infection that led to asthma. When my child was 4 months old, I spoke to Dr. Taylor about my concerns about food allergies as well as hypotonia of which Dr. Taylor ignored. A month later, we were in again due to a respiratory illness that had my child very ill — vomiting at night due to serious congestion and wheezing. After many appointments and being ignored completely, I changed pediatricians when my child was a little over 9 months old. Our new pediatrician immediately sent us to the necessary specialists that addressed my child’s illness and helped him recover. The longterm outcome has been a diagnosis of asthma as well as several years of therapy to «catch up» from being so ill and not treated during such a period of critical development. I’m sure that Dr. Taylor is fine for anyone that has a child that never gets ill or has any real need. If there is any chance that your child could have anything above the absolute bare minimum then I would recommend a different pediatrician.

Dr. Taylor is a great pediatrician. I am an RN and worked at a nearby Emergency Room when I was pregnant with my daughter(now 6 yrs old) and I asked some of the Emergency physicians that I worked with who I should choose for my daughter’s pediatrician and several of them said Dr. Taylor is the best. Many of those doctors stated that they take their own children to Dr. Taylor. I’ve worked with plenty of doctors in my career as an RN to know what a ‘just ok’ doctor and a bad doctor look like. Dr. Taylor is neither of those. He is laid back and doesn’t panic over small things. He doesn’t make a first time mother feel stupid for being worried about small things a new mother makes into a huge deal in their head. He always returns calls and if it’s something easy, he gives the answer to your question to his medical assistant and has her call to relay his message. He gives all vaccines himself when he could very easily have one of the medical assistants give them. He spends the time you need with you and makes sure all of your questions are answered. He also checks milestones by asking the kids questions worded in such a way that they don’t know they’re being checked for milestones, but gets the information usually directly from the child. The other thing I love about Dr. Taylor and his office is that they do not accept patients who aren’t properly vaccinated. It really gives me peace of mind to know that my child isn’t being exposed to the measles or worse because a parent has chosen to get their medical information from Jenny McCarthy rather than research. When Dr. Taylor isn’t available for one reason or another, I know my daughter is in good hands with any of the other physicians in the practice.
