This place has horrible clothes! My husband bought my daughter shoes here that were $ 90 and way too small. They were purchased 3 days ago and they would only give me store credit. I wouldn’t mind if my kids actually wore those fancy over priced clothes but news flash, 4 year olds don’t wear that stuff! Store credit is pointless, you are basically making every customer who is unhappy with their purchase continue to be unhappy with their purchase. Probably the only way they can make a sale. Customer service is horrible. A company that has such an outrageous return policy is pretty much admitting they don’t stand by their brand.

We love their children clothing but they have the worst customer service. We wanted to return an item and they wouldn’t take it back because «they have already sent all of their winter items back».
Even though that didn’t make any sense to us we accepted it. Then we asked to use a gift card towards a purchase that we were making and they wouldn’t accept it «because the gift card was issued at their Pasadena location and they wouldn’t accept it»
Will never go back.
