The store boasts three stylish rooms teeming with Gucci. There are knowledgeable sales specialists heading each section. The floor-​to-​ceiling handbag section is where I spent a good many hours. Mary Ann and Naomi were just wonderful. They were very well-​versed in the all things Gucci, friendly, warm and very attentive (without being aggressive or pushy).

Had the most pleasant shopping experience ever. My sales rep was Tam Thai and she was super courteous!
Very knowledgable and friendly! I drove all the way from Long Beach for a wallet that she had on hold for me. When I got there she greeted me and answered all my questions. I wish all department stores had someone like Tam. She makes your life so much easier!
