I needed to have asbestos ducts removed from our home. I called several companies and was given price quotes that spanned over $ 1000 difference. Enkay was the most reasonable quote. They were super easy to work with, very flexible with my tenants schedule, and were actually EARLY to their appointment. They neatly removed all the asbestos and emailed the removal certificate quickly. I would recommend them to anyone needed asbestos removal.

Careful using this company, I called them because I was getting floors installed and turns out I had asbestos under the floors in my kitchen. I was told I needed to get it professionally removed and provide a «clean air certificate». I called Enkay and I specifically asked, «will I get a clean air certificate when you guys are done? «they answered «oh ya, ya you’ll get a certificate» job gets done a couple days later, and two weeks later I get a letter that «certifies 45 sq ft of kitchen tile and black mastic removed «Umm, excuse me? Where is my clean air certificate? I could have removed tile and black mastic myself, I needed a clean air certificate. To make things worse I inquire as to how I can pay through an email. Check? Money order? Credit card? I get a snotty response from someone in accounting Michelle Herrera, «I thought it was common sense to mail check made out to Enkay engineering to our address «Wow, just wow. STAY AWAY from this company, don’t waste your money. Would give it negative stars if I could.

This is the 2^nd time that I have used Enkay Engineering for asbestos also known in the construction industry as the «Devil.» Both times that I have used them, it has been very professional when the field crew comes out. They take care of all the necessary safety precautions before handling any of the material.
