They sold me a dirty bow tie off the manikin and refused to discount it. It was the last one in the store. It was like $ 250 I believe and they only offered to steam it. Me and my eight month old pregnant wife were not even offered a bottle of water or anything while we waited. I had purchased shoes there in the past and got lame associates. The associates are smug because they work for Armani. Having bought an almost impossible to get shirt online for my tuxedo, I at lest looked great in my outfit. I bought underwear the week before and the sales associate was so lame that they at least look great.

I don’t dress to the nines when I go shopping, but I don’t think I look like a bum either. There are only a few brands that work for my body type, and Emporio Armani(EA) happens to be one of them. I own many of their pieces. In fact, more than half of my wardrobe is EA. I have had very positive shopping experience at EASCP location, until they literally move into the Giorgio Armani(GA) space and become part of GA/EA store. The first time I go in there after the«merge,» one of the SAs greeted us and stayed at the GA side after realizing that we only want to look at EA(note: lower price point than GA). After browsing unassisted for more than 30 minutes, I have to drag the SA away from her quality time chatting with fellow SAs and ask for her assistance. She seems quite annoyed by my request. Mind you, I was in top to bottom EA pieces except for shoes. I had similar experience on the next few visits. Moving forward, I think I will stick to their Vegas location, where the the sales managers and SAs treat me like I am worthy of their time. Heard they also have a location down in San Diego. Will probably check that out too.

This place is funny. I walked in one day after the gym to pick up a couple shirts for a trip. I come in every here and there, not a regular but normally I come in after work in a suit. On this day, the service I received was subpar to the service I normally get. I understand that the way you look has a lot to do with it and it kind of makes me mad that it took forever to get someone to help me and wouldn’t go and look for my size in the back, they were out of stock. Needless to say, when I am in a suit, I always get my size. Very disappointed.

The only reason I’m not giving this place one star is because I’ve always been an admirer of Giorgio Armani and his fashion items. Since I was in the area for a metal concert, I decided to kill time by checking out the stores at South Coast plaza. The moment I walked into the boutique, two associates that were talking to themselves just looked at me and walked away. No «hello,» no «how may we help you?» Maybe because I was not dressed in my outerwear they found it unnecessary to help me. What a bunch of jerks. There was one nice Asian lady that greeted me and asked me if I needed help finding anything in particular, so bless her for actually acknowledging a potential customer.

Came in here to browse for a dress for an upcoming wedding. The young asian lady was nice and greeted me I walked to one side of the store to look at some dresses and i turn around to see her there. I walk to the other side of the store, turn around, and i see her there staring at me. I walk to the OTHER side of the store, turn around, and i see her following me and staring at me. By this time I am kind of annoyed so I give her the look to let her know i am doing fine and i do not need her help. I take a few steps and shes still staring and following me. Finally, I left. I couldnt shop with someone constantly attached to me by the hip.

In the sea of high-end boutiques, this is as good as it gets in terms of service. Everyone that works here is so genuinely nice. They’re knowledgable about their line, style & material. They’re not pushy for sale. They serve pelligrino(flat & sparkly) on a tray w glass cups. Best of all, Armani Black Friday sale wasn’t just a fake 25% off sale. It was a real Black-Fri-worthy 40% off everything sale. Kudos to Mr Armani!

What do you get someone that absolutely has everything??? That was my constant question during the holidays when I was shopping. It was so frustrating until I spent an entire day at south coast plaza and walked by Armani. I walked in, probably with a frustrated look on my face due to the extreme holiday traffic, and was greeted right away. I was approached by a sales associate within a few minutes and asked if I needed any help. Poor guy — didn’t know what he was in for! I explained to him that I was looking for the perfect gift(I pride myself on being the best gift giver in the world… I try my best to get my loved ones something they will fall in love with at first sight). He immediately took action and suggested many things to me… also modeling certain items I was interested in. This guy deserves a raise after dealing with me ;) I had exceptional service and enjoyed all the beautiful merchandise… will definitely buy again, again and againnnnnn!

I don’t care what the occasion is — SUITUP, MEN, SUITUP! Whether you need a suit for a formal or casual occasion, they’ve got you covered. Ranging from classic to modern styles, you’ll never look at suiting the same again once you’ve gone with Italian-made suits. My boyfriend needed a suit(he’s never had one before and wanted one just in case), so we stopped by. I’ve only been to the EA location in Caesar’s Palace’s Forum Shops in Las Vegas, so I was a bit surprised that they had an EA here, as Armani boutiques are few and far between. Abe helped my boyfriend try on various suits in different fabrics and styles. He was very friendly and helpful by showing my boyfriend how suits should fit look. He even admitted to us that customers are often intimidated by Armani and thus overlook their boutique. However, their suits are nicely tailored and he assured us that there is no pressure to buy, but that when it comes to suiting, fabric and fit is very important. Abe is very down to earth, and he understands how important it is that a customer feels comfortable when trying and/or purchasing clothing. I can tell right off the bat that the employees here are not snobby/snooty at all. Ken provided further assistance, as he brought over 10+ suits for my boyfriend to try on. After three different styles in multiple fabrics, we all settled on a suit of the David line. And guess what? The suit was 40% off! From my past experience, most retail stores will try to sell you full-priced items, or ignore you if you’re buying clearance or sale merchandise. Half of the suits that were brought to us were on a 40% off promotion! One of Armani’s personal tailors, Sonny(?), tailored the suit to my boyfriend’s body. Sonny is a bit old-fashioned in terms of tailoring, so Ken helped persuade him to fit the suit to our liking. The final fit of the suit was impeccable, where we couldn’t even figure out how and where the suit was tailored! Custom fit indeed, I must say. Ken is definitely the most professional out of all the sales associates I’ve seen here. As for me, Yoshi told me that Armani specializes in men’s suiting, so there are limited styles for women. We discussed my difficulties in clothing over glasses of sparkling mineral water; I’m petite, so I often have to tailor multiple garments, regardless of whether they’re casual or business styles. Her personality is quirky and very forgiving while I vented out my frustrations, as it is quite difficult for me to find the perfect fit. Despite being the quirky one out of the bunch, she can easily tell what size you are just by looking at you! She knew right off the bat what size my other friend is in their suits. Even the women at Victoria’s Secret can’t guess my bra size when I’m wearing a fitted shirt! Talk about knowledgeable! The sales associates here more than welcome to help you find a suit within your budget, as long as your budget isn’t ridiculously low since Armani is an Italian designer brand. We spent $ 1000(including tailoring costs) for a designer suit that trumps the likes of Hugo Boss and Theory. Once you go Armani, you can never go back to non-Italian-made suiting… They’ll be hearing back from me real soon! Shoutout to Abe, Ken, and Yoshi at EA of Southcoast Plaza!

sad to have seen this store location not do so well in this economy and see it shrink it’s once huge location across from A&F to it’s conjoined location with their bigger brother Giorgio Armani just down the walkway. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly, not overly snooty, but then again, I don’t really get snooty employees. or maybe it’s just me? Shrugs.

this EA boutique is pretty much one of my favorite places to visit. they are actually very friendly guys and i made some friends who work at the shop. whenever i visit EA, they ask me if i need something drink or not. so i go like«diet coke please.» anyway the place could be lil pricey, but you dont really have to buy anything and you can just look around see whats cool. they usually have huge sale before christmas and june. and you can get 40−60% off! EA is the best!

I came in here with a friend one day who wanted a new pair of jeans and a dress shirt. I was totally not planning on buying anything and was just going to accompany him, but they had shoes on sale and I couldn’t resist. There was one salesgirl that was helping both me and my friend out and she was really great and totally bent over backwards to help us. She was also very knowledgeable about the entire Armani fashion empire, which surpised me, but it was good to know that the employees know about their employer should any customers ask them about it.
