Dominos has been around since I was an ignorant child. I and my significant other have(too) many years of working on the business end of customer service. I started in retail, and graduated to restaurants, ranging from single to quadruple dollar signs on Unilocal.Eventually, I figured out how to get out of community college, and forged a life that I didn’t need to apologize for. My girlfriend did the same. Years later, after Dominos had figured out how to taste significantly more delicious than its price suggested, I found myself in a common argument. It was a great evening with good friends from out of town who swore they knew the best pizza, a point of contention across cultures. After much ado, my girlfriend and I were finally able to convince our guests that Dominos, the once«you get what you pay for» pizza had in fact recently(within the past year or two) legitimately stepped up to the big leagues of local pizzeria clout. «I swear, it’s legitimately good! I’ll prove it!». My un-convinced friends were in for a surprise. I picked up my phone, and dialed my local Dominos. Then, all of my past sins came to bite me and Karina answered the phone. The exchange went like so, word for word(with no «hello», literally word for word): «We closed an hour ago.» «Hi, I’m sorry do you have another location that’s open that I can call?» «We closed an hour ago.» I hung up, questioned my sanity, pretended like I dialed the wrong number to save face in front of my skeptic audience, and dialed again with hopes of some other pizza artist answering the phone. Again, Karina: «We closed an hour ago.» «Can I have your name?» «Karina, we closed an hour ago.» «Can I speak to the manager?» –hang up– I looked inwardly, and apologized to my(now correct) friends from out of town. I told them I was wrong. Karina proved them right. I know Karina will grow up to be a successful hinderance of customer service, but maybe she can figure out how to do it using more than five words.

Good deal right now for us tired hard working single moms(& dads), large 3 topping pizza for $ 8! This is just M — Th but I noticed on here u can order online & get 2−4−1 any night. Dominos is a lot better than it was years ago or at least this one is. Fresh & friendly staff!

Absolutely terrible. I received terrible service and I expressed that to the associate on the phone and she stated, and I quote, «can you please not threaten me by saying I give terrible service.» No one had ever said that to me.

Just had our pizza delivered by Preston and he was very polite and helpful. He arrived with everything minus our dipping sauce and had no problem going back to store to pick up and bring back to our family! Great job Preston

Ordered pizzas for my office today, great speedy delivery from Anara(I think that’s his name). Pizza was warm, tasty, and full of hefty toppings! What really made the difference was the kind and happy delivery from ANARA. He was a treat to speak to and I definitely do not encounter that often. Keep it up!

Dominos is dominos, you know what you are getting. If you expect Gina’s, then you are a fool… It was fast hot and the delivery guy was very pleasant… Cant ask for much more.

This is it. Im done. I call you, about once a week to place an order, full well knowing that all 4 of the employees working in your restaurant is high as a kite, hoping against all hope that my order might be CLOSE to right. Not the case. Shame on me I suppose. I literally have not had a single pizza come out of your restaurant correct. Ever. Tonight, after working 10.5 hours, I called my girlfriend on my way home and asked her to order a pizza, simply out of desperation. She did, and one hour and 32 min later, my pizza showed up, screwed up as usual… but this time it was with multiple toppings that I cant stomach. Fuck you dominos. Fuck you.

Worst service ever. Don’t ever use this location. Terrible service, rude, gave incorrect change. They didn’t even build the box so the bottom fell out and we almost lost our pizza on the walk out. Ridiculous. Use a different location.

When my pizza had not arrived an hour after I ordered, I called the store to ask about the status of my order. The guy that answered was a complete asshole and should go choke on a dick. Fuck him and his whole family. I’m embarrassed for his parents.

This place is absolutely horrible! They had a busy night and I got my order 2 hours later. The food was completely cold, as a way to come onstage they offered me to credit my order or recreate it. I asked to credit it under my phone and that I hope I wouldn’t get any issues. Called to get that credit and they only gave me a third of it. Their customer service is awful, the manager Michael has no sense of respect for his customers. My order came an hour late. DONOTORDER from this place!!!

This place sucks. Used to come here all the time, but they’ve changed management and have an entirely different staff, and it’s not an enjoyable experience here. If the Asian manager is ever in the room and you make a special request for your pizza, forget it. He’ll charge you for everything. For a better experience, go to the other Domino’s close by, at Harbor &19th. The customer service there is impeccable compared to this location.

I always order delivery from this dominoes whenever I am babysitting and I forget to bring food. I always put knock only on the order and they always are respectful of that. The delivery guys always have a smile, are very polite, and ask me how my day has been. The pizza is basic it’s not NY pizza or anything but it is good when I’m craving pizza. Thank you for your pretty amazing service!

always fast, friendly, and the quality is pretty darn good. We have left the more costly pizza delivery places for Dominos. This isn’t the Dominos you may recall from college days. Great quality with options for gluten free and the whole nine. Highly recommend for those nights you just don’t feel like cooking.

I love Dominos pizza but this place is the worst. I live in Newport beach and this place is the closest but I go to Huntington beach to get my pizza because every time I go there the pizza is horrible. It’s either dry and hard or the crust is not completely cooked or they skimp on the ingredients, plus they charge more than any other Dominos. I recommend any other Dominos but this one. They need a new oven or they need to train their staff how to cook pizza.

Horrible customer service. Order was totally late. Would be cold according to online status. I live blocks away from Domino’s. Rude rude rude. Had to ask for refund. Was hung up on. Had to call back. Manager was worthless. Employee who answered spoke zero english. Horrible experience.

Definitely will not be ordering from this location again. We ordered a double pepperoni pan pizza for pick-up and when we got home it was super doughy. I would have driven back to the location for a refund but it was for a birthday party. I didn’t want to make the kids wait for We ended up putting in the oven for about ten minutes and it was better but not by much. Seems like it may be a training issue so hopefully they’ll see this and have better quality control in the future. I’d recommend sticking with the thin crust as we’ve had pretty good luck with that here.

Ordering off is so spectacularly easy; that earns 3 of the 5 stars right off the bat. The food orders are always correct, hot, on time, politely delivered. Sure, it’s chain restaurant pizza, but it’s pizza done well, it tastes great, and SHOWSUPATYOURDOORSTEP. How could all that earn anything but 5 stars?
