I was referred to Kim and CareParol by a case worker at Kaiser Hospital.
Kim arranged for a visit to several board and care homes that fit my fathers needs. She knew what questions to ask and realized that this was a very difficult process for me.
After several visits and having heard me further describe my father’s condition, she suggested that a board and care was likely not the best option and showed me an assisted living option that was perfect.
Kim was not simply trying to earn a commission (paid by the facility) rather truly operated with my fathers best interest in mind.
Deciding that my father was not currently able to care for himself and needed help was a very difficult decision. Kim made it as easy and painless as possible. I cannot recommend her enough.

She personally goes to each place that she recommends and rates them and will send your loved one to a place that perfectly suits you and your families needs.
