Terrible experience. Showed up at 1130 there was no line and it took 20 minutes to get service just to find out they only had like 3 flavors of bagels left. So i compromise and get a plain bagel cause thats pretty much all they had. I wait 20 mor eminutes for my bagel. Again nobody in line not busy what soever 2 people came in and left cause it took so long for them to get service. This place is garbage id rather go to the one on magnolia. Ive never waited for service there and they never run out of bagels EVER.

$ 1.20 bagels — They have a good selection. My go-to bagel is blueberry and the flavor wasn’t strong but the density was nice. I also got a small(16 oz) smoothie for $ 4.75. Note that it’s a $ 5 minimum for credit card transaction. I liked the Laguna Lust smoothie. I chose it for the boysenberries and it was quite refreshing. It didn’t have the thick yogurt texture. A little watery but nothing to really complain about. The quaint place has its own parking lot and it’s easy to get to and a place to relax on your own.

All the reviews calling this place average are pretty accurate. I ordered a large iced coffee with soy milk– and they forgot to add the soy. But they didn’t forget to charge me for it of course. They later gave me the carton after I got my food. I got a Denver sandwich on a plain bagel and it was pretty good, I especially liked the bagel so I’ll probably come back but I probably wouldn’t eat in next time– it’s a little crowded and dirty. They also forgot to give me my debit card back, I specifically had to ask for it, which is a little unnerving. There’s a $ 5 minimum on credit transactions and everyone I saw was using cash so maybe they just weren’t used to people paying with card? The staff(well, the one person working) seemed friendly enough. She recognized a few people who came in and remembered their orders. You get a 10% discount if you attend OCC, but I was feeling rushed while ordering so I didn’t use it because I didn’t want to hold up the line digging in my purse for it.

Quality is already great. I love my vegetarian crescent they make. I make it vegan no cheese no mayo. Replace the mayo with hummas and extra avocado yum yum yum!!! Very sweet and quick

Same name as the one in HB that I have been going to for years( , but I was told by one of their workers that they are no longer owned by the same lady. They do buy their bagels from the HB shop daily however. Which means you will never get a warm one right out of the oven like you sometimes luck into at the original location. The little old lady that runs the show(owner?) works really hard, but could use another helper at peak times. She also has her spiel that doesn’t waver, even if inappropriate. Case in point: I requested a poppy bagel not toasted with cream cheese, «would you like it sliced?» Well it might be a little messy if you smeared the schmear on the exterior don’t you think? I did not say that out loud, but I sure thunk it. A very limited variety compared to the original, but I have bought from both stores and taken them to work and no one could tell the difference. Not sure if the prices are the same, but unlike the HB shop there usually isn’t a line. But if there is, little old lady is spinning like a top trying to help everyone.

I believe this was started by same owners of Baglemania in HB. But it must have changed owners. Wish they had same service, food and atmosphere as the one in HB. The place is really dirty and the service not so great. They are understaffed in the busiest times of the day. If it is the same owner as HB, wish they would take care of this location as well as the other location.

This place is awesome, their bagels are good, but they need more than just two ppl working & busting their asses off. At least 4 ppl walked out of line this morning due to the wait in line

They actually don’t open at 5:30. I was there at 5:34 and the lady straight up ignored me as I was trying to get inside. Not cool. And certainly not happy with out my morning coffee!!!

They have a great variety of bagels to offer. Their menu feels ENDLESS. They also serve all kinds of breakfast beverages. This place will never get old!

Came here and got the cheese bagel, fresh orange Juice, and a pizza bagel for my boyfriend. While dining inside the restaurant, one of the workers said she charged me for the wrong thing. She asked me if I could pay and I did. It was really awkward and I didn’t enjoy my food comfortably. It was pretty good though.

This place is pretty gross. Ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and the eggs were microwaved, the bacon was microwaved, the cheese was microwaved, for crying out loud the bagel was microwaved afterwards so everything would melt! If that thing breaks they’re out of business!

I don’t even like bagels that much, but I really like these. I usually get the jalapeño cheddar bagel and it is delicious every time. The service is also great. I have no complaints.

My teenage daughter loves this place, so we decided to stop by on a Sunday morning to get her some bagels. It was pretty packed, so that’s a good sign, but the service was kind of slow. The older lady that was running the register was really sweet and they were doing their best to keep up with the orders, but I think one more worker during peak hours would have helped speed up the process(there were three total at the time). Originally we ordered the bagels toasted, but since it was taking them a while to get orders out we just asked for the bagels and toasted them at home. The bagels(whole wheat) and cream cheese(plain) were good and priced reasonably, so we’ll be back when it’s not so packed.

I’m currently here. I haven’t tried a bagel yet, but I’m giving this business 5 star. The woman who was running the cash register I assume is the owner. Very nice, very friendly, and very busy. It’s 2:30 and there is a line out the door. She’s training employees, providing great customer service, and helping prepare meals. I can’t wait to eat!

I don’t normally go out of my way to leave«average» reviews but that’s what this Bagel Mania location is– Average. Moral of the story: the HB location may be a little further but definitely worth the drive. I frequent the Huntington Beach Bagelmania(as in I’m there 3 – 4 times a week) but was near this one and decided to give it a shot. Definitely a disappointment. I got two Hawaiian bagels with Hawaiian cream cheese(my boyfriend and I both order the same thing) and one ended up torn and broken and the other had basically no cream cheese on it. The orange juice was warm because the sun was shining right on it(maybe some blinds for that morning light, owner?) and the ice machine was barely working and putting out an ice cube at a time if you pushed really hard with your hand. My order took forever to make(even though there was nobody else in there) and I was bummed this one didn’t have a drive through too! I may come back if I’m ever close to this place and really hungry, otherwise I’ll take the 10 mins and drive to HB for some delicious bagels.
