As a first time home buyer, I was looking for a trustworthy company to help manage our fairly large pool/spa. I was referred to Aquapride from a family friend, so I decided to give them a try over a year ago. Since then, I have nothing but positives things to say about my experiences with them! The first time I used their service, it was for a liner that needed to be replaced. They came out for an estimate– Being someone that didn’t know much about liners, they made me feel comfortable by giving me a breakdown of everything and making things very understandable for someone that doesn’t deal with pool issues very often. I was very pleased with the estimate that they gave me, and after further comparing prices to other companies, I felt Aquapride’s estimate/pricing was very fair. That was over a year ago, and since then we have used Aquapride for all of our pool repair needs. Very happy with both their customer service and the quality of their work.

I purchased a Secard pool that we loved and used a lot. The liner lasted about 12 years :) We decided to get a new liner. Instead of going with Secard, I decided to shop around. I went with Aqua Pride Pools, HUGEMISTAKE! Before they reline your pool, they do an inspection. If it passes, they proceed. If it fails, they ask you to make the necessary repairs. After the inspection, they stated that everything looked great! A few months later, we noticed that the liner is pulling away in a few areas. I contacted Aqua and they are quick to blame US! They state that they cannot guarantee how long the liner will hold up! To fix it, it will cost approx $ 150-$ 250! They came in, fixed it. A few months later, a different area is pulling away. Another $ 200! About a year later, another area! They come out and again I’m told $ 150-$ 250. I said NO! I cannot believe that you are charging me again! I decided to call Secard. Because I did not purchase the liner from them, they are NOT able to do the repairs. They do however refer me a gentleman named Beau. I called Beau, who happens to live a few hours away. He states that he cannot guarantee to fix it, but that he would come down! Upon inspection, he noticed a few things: Aqua used liquid nail or silicone to try to repair a damaged area. This will NOT hold the liner! Beau then noticed that none of the old screws were replaced when the liner was redone! Not one! I contaced Aqua, and the owner stated, ‘If you wanted new screws, you should’ve told me’! Seriously?! You’re the ‘pro’, not me! They again quote me the price to get it repaired! I said, ‘no thanks’! Beau then proceeded to drain the pool partialy and repair some of the loose areas. It was not just one area, but a FEW different spots. Beau was suprised as to how they attempted to fix the previous areas, it was NOT done correctly. It’s been a few months and things are looking great. I’m sure we’ll have a few more issues down the road, but this has nothing to do with Beau. He did a GREAT job, went out of his way to come down here and charged my a GREAT rate(did not take advantage of us). Lesson learned: Stick to Secard, stay away from Aqua NoPride and don’t try to save a few dollars if it’s not broken! If you need your lined pool to get repaired, call Beau! Thanks Beau for the great service and Secard, thank you for referring me to Beau, he’s an asset to your organization(sub contractor?). Aqua, thanks for NOTHING!

One year ago I noticed that the vinyl liner on my pool was coming out from the track. I called the orginal company who installed my liner to see if it could be repaired. He informed me it could not, and said the only remedy would be to drain the pool, and replace it with a new liner for $ 2900. He did offer to give me an interest free loan. Not an option since I am not working. It had progressively gotten worst over the last year until the water was seeping behind the liner. I called 4 different companies specializing in vinyl pools, as I knew the condition was only going to worsten. I left messages for all of them, and the first company to call me back was Aquapride Pools. Love that. A quick response. It was so uplifting when Chelsea whom I first spoke with said that she felt that the problem could be repaired. She scheduled me for an appointment the next day, and told me the service charge would be $ 150 per hour. Being a bit sceptical, I fully expected the repair man to come out, access the issue and tell me, sorry no go, but that will be $ 150.00 for just coming out. Or… Spread the job out longer than it needed to be, and overcharge me. Wow!!! Was I in for a big surprise. Eric, the owner of the company took one look, and said, «yeap», I can fix that. Not only did he fix the original issue, but he also found other areas that needed repair work also. I will highly, highly recommend this company to anyone, and I will be sure to pass his company name along to Leslies Pools, where I frequent at twice a week. Thanks Eric and Chelsea for a fantastic job!!! I am very grateful, and a completely satisfied and happy customer. When it is time for a new liner, I will definately be calling your company.
