I had an amazing experience at ! I went in looking for a discount on a Kingsley Bate that I saw online and I was able find it with better service at a lower price. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and the furniture was delivered within a couple of days. Both the sales people in the store were extremely attentive and everyone tended to me when I walked in. I am looking forward to the next time I need something from .

Bought adirondack chairs in May 2013 that were recommended by the store and were very expensive. Just on 2 years later the hardwood chairs stared to disintegrate. Rich the manager was very understanding and credited what I had purchased and I bought a synthetic version of the chairs for the difference. Cant ask for better service than that.

Worst run store in CT. The guy Rich who runs it is of no help when problems arise. They have very rigid policies concerning returns that the staff acknowledge are ridiculous. No one seems to care about customer satisfaction.

I have been here a few times and the guy who works there is always jovial and seems helpful. I however just got missold an incorrect service by them for relevelling a pool table I purchased from them two years ago. I was told the entire table needed to be broken down and rebuilt oh and I should get a new cloth while they were doing it? I paid the $ 499 plus tax bill there and then I didn’t get a new cloth. The guy from service came out moved it 6″, leveled it with a leveler and left after 20 minutes and said it was in good shape! I never needed the $ 499 plus tax service he said! Had I explained the situation to guy in store, yes I had it was moved 6″ by decorators and just needed to be looked over to check the legs were ok and then releveled! I call up the store, the jovial one, He’s too busy to deal with me so call someone in their office, he gave me their number. I explain about the issue and that I think they owed me a refund. $ 100 store credit is what they offered me! Insulting! BUYERBEWARE!

This place is run by very bad management. I went in on a Sunday, found some new Adirondack chairs which they didn’t have in stock. I paid for it and went home. My painter, who was working on my shed, told me he could have just restored my existing ones, so I called back to cancel my order. They refused to refund my money since it was a «special order». Ummmm… I was there an hour ago and it’s Sunday – what special order did you place on a Sunday, and it was only because they didn’t have them in stock. They said, well read your receipt – no refunds on special orders and we spent time with you to place that order so we need to be paid! Huh? OMG, talk about bad sales and customer service. But, it doesn’t end there. I told them to please escalate to their management and get back. I didn’t hear back, but one day I returned home and I find two new chairs in my back yard. No call; they just decided to show up to my house when I wasn’t home, sneak into my back yard and leave the chairs I didn’t want. Frontgate has won all my patio furntiure business since – including my order for a 12 piece cast aluminum patio set. Nice decision, !

Went here for patio furniture. This place gives Greenwich CT the reputation it has. Everything is sold at exorbitant prices. Example. Umbrella stands. Cheap plastic ones filled with sand. sells for 80 $. Amazon sells same thing for $ 22. The place is still open just because Greenwich people are too stupid and rich to have a clue.
