No Quiznos is ever as good as a subway, but if you need a sandwich nearby, this is the place. It’s average as far as the chain goes.

Not bad for a sandwich chain. One of the first to come up with the idea of toasting the sandwich which made for a nice gimmick. One of my favorite subs was the Black Angus steak sub, which they now only offer as a limited time special. However, I have tried several other subs including the: classic Italian, ultimate turkey club, traditional, chicken carbonara, oven roasted turkey, honey cured ham, Philly cheesesteak, and the prime rib with au jus. The bullets tend to be small, so they’re good for a snack, but not so good for a meal. Overall, I’d say their food is satisfying and tasty, but not so over the top that I’d eat here every day. Also, the fact that they’re missing corned beef and pastrami on their menu is definitely a detriment in my book.

Meh. I’d been going to Togos exclusively for their killer deals, but then my sis-in-law decided to hit this place up for lunch. Not wanting to go to two places, I went with her. I had a bullet and a Cobb salad for $ 5. Salad was fresh, but kind of tasteless and the bullet was so small! I have never, ever been hungry after finishing a sandwich from a chain sandwich shop. My sis-in-law got a regular $ 5 footlong sort of thing and her was definitely more food, but Togos in town is just so much better and I find their sandwiches tastier and a bit more innovative.

Not sure why this is listed as closed, it is very much open. I had gone to Quiznos at other locations before and not been impressed. Today the $ 2.99 meal deal lured me in to try them just one more time despite my unwillingness. I’m glad I did! I ordered a Double Cheese Cheesesteak on Rosemary Parmesan bread. When the sandwich came out the cheese was all melty and the meat was hot and it looked like the sandwiches on the menu boards, not all smooshed like some places, which impressed me right off the bat. I added red wine vinegrette from the pepper/sauce bar. It looked like plain old Italian dressing when I put it on but was more vinegary and delicious than Italian. I also added pickles and banana peppers. The resulting sandwich was amazing. Tangy, a little spicy, melty cheese, and melt in your mouth meat. The bread stayed crisp throughout the sandwich, though I couldn’t really taste rosemary in it. I can’t say it was the best sandwich ever but less than 3 hours later I’m craving another one! We will definitely be back for more sandwiches!
