I usually don’t like to write reviews, specially negative ones. But the service was so bad, I feel like I have to. Too many things to mention. From the moment we got there(Party of 8) until we left. Nice people, bad service. I hope they can fix this or give up the space for a better restaurant.

PF Changs is going downhill. I placed a phone order for pick up. This location has a pick up order area and the Service is lacking. Rather disappointed when I got home and discovered there was Mo Lettuce for our Lettuce Wraps and No Sauce for the Wraps. Also got the spicy shrimp appetizer and while the contained with lots of stuff and sauce overflowing had only 6 little shrimp. Overall experience is Poor. I do not recommend the Corte Madera PF Changs.

Slowest takeout service ever! I ordered takeout there and I waited 20 minutes for my food. 5 people got my food after me, including 3 people who walked in way after me. Worst thing was there was not even a semblance of an apology for the wait. The waiter who knew I’d been standing there long before anyone else made no effort; and finally when my food did come, he placed it aside and started bagging someone else’s food who had just walked in the door! Right in front of me! I mean cmon man, that’s just rude. Never going back to that location again.

The worst of the worst. Still analyzing why I went back(once). Lousy appetizers… very erratic bartenders. some heavy handed. some have no hands. In the Bay Area we should get to choose. This would be a disaster. If you are in the Town Center, there is a nearby«Vietnamese» spot that will feed you but still«fake». The entire Town Center is fake unless you like getting romaine poisoning for Safeway” s 40 W oil chicken soup(disgustingly vulgar)

Cocktail Drinks were great. Had the Twisted Whiskey Sour and the wife had the Twisted Lemonade or something like it. The two person price fix was actually very good. Soup for 2, appetizer, two entrees, rice, and dessert for $ 42. Got the Spicy Chicken and Sesame Chicken. The Spicy was way better, but just preference. The lettuce wraps were good too. I think some of the negative reviews forget it is a sit down restaurant and not a fast food setup like Panda Exp. Service staff was attentive and friendly. We have a two year old, they were very accommodating…

I love this place! Their meat is always nice and tender and the sauces are so flavorful! This is probably my favorite Chinese restaurant in my area!

Love the food. Every time I come here they are out of items on the menu. For the past two weeks they have special drinks, mostly Moscow Mules, but have not had ginger beer to make them. Butter nut squash on the menu, out of it. Tonight walnut shrimp, out of it. Two weeks ago they were out of most beers. Bad managing. Great food, nice service, bad supply management.

Horrible. Waited 45 mins for one dish to come out cold with a not so confident suggestion that the second dish was coming soon. Told her we would just go and she turned away unemotionally with the one dish and headed back to the kitchen like this was business as usual. Time for a new chain restaurant to bump this loser out and at least try to care for primo Marin patronage.

First, arrived at 5:30 on a Sunday. Me and my wife, i.e., a party of two on the early side for dinner. The restaurant was about 25 percent full. Empty tables all over the place. Noticed several parties sitting around waiting to be seated. Maitre D’oh said it would be a few minutes while they«prepare your table.» Prepare our table? It’s 5:30 and not a single empty table was set. Sort of like they were taken by surprise that all these people showed up at dinner time wanting to, oh, I dunno, eat dinner. Waited 15 minutes. Finally seated at… wait for it… an UNSET table. We quickly ordered the spare rib appetizer which came not long after. We were pretty hungry so we dove right in, not noticing that there were still no napkins on the table. One messy rib into it, I first went to restroom to wash my hands, then to nearest bus person to point out lack of tableware and napkins. He told me there were napkins on the bar we could use while we waited for the real stuff to show up. Huh? Five minutes later, Maitre D’Oh appeared and ASKED if we would like napkins and silverware. Um, yes. Thanks. Ordered the Korean Bulgogi, eggplant something or other, and the asparagus side dish. Bulgogi was too-sweet version of beef teriyaki with a thin cut of just-okay beef. Eggplant was over-sauced and too salty. Asparagus was pretty good. During our meal, a waiter brought out another order of ribs. Which we hadn’t ordered. My wife said jokingly that we’d take them if they couldn’t figure out where they were supposed to go. So we got a free order of ribs to take home. Nice, but it doesn’t speak highly of the organization between wait staff and kitchen. I drink a LOT of water in restaurants, but not here. The water pitcher was no where to be found. Later that night, my wife and I both got headaches, which suggests MSG. Won’t be returning. There’s too much good Asian food in the Bay Area to waste time at a chain.

I’ve eaten at PF Chang’s a couple of times now. Normally, the food is pretty good and I’m always satisfied, but recently I picked up to go with my friend. We ate and everything was delicious, but then a couple hours later she got food poisoning and was puking til morning the next day. It’s a shame that this happened, because the food is good, and I enjoy the restaurant, but for how pricey the food is, I don’t want to be left guessing what could’ve potentially make me sick that night.

Yuck. $ 62 for salty, greasy, fake Chinese food. Why? I’ve eaten here before but in Las Vegas, about 12 years ago, and I do not remember the food being so horrendous. We ordered the fried calamari(best dish ordered. But it’s deep fried, so that doesn’t really count), cashew chicken(salty salty salty!) and prawns in garlic sauce(once again, holy saltiness! Where is my waiter for not water…) When the bill came, to our dismay it was $ 62 before tip! What the hell? Never felt more ripped off by a meal. Totally didn’t enjoy it, wasn’t looking forward to the leftovers, felt instantly dehydrated at the thought of this salty-ass meal. Blekh!

I’d like to preface this by saying I’m a HUGE Chang’s fan, in general. I have Celiac Disease and very rarely eat out. One exception is PFC because they have such an awesome GF menu. That said, this is my first time at this location, and will be my last. I was alone, and decided to take a seat at the bar. I had been at a training seminar all day, and was famished. The bartender(Spencer) has terrible customer service skills. Although I did get a glass of wine fairly quickly, it took forever for him to return and take my dinner order. I ordered GF egg drop soup and GF spicy chicken(a personal favorite when I dine at any PFC). I was informed that they were out of brown rice. REALLY? It’s a staple on your menu and the restaurant isn’t even busy! The soup was bland, and when I asked the runner for some tamari(gf soy sauce) he didn’t know what I was talking about! That said, not a single acknowledgement from my server/bartender. When the GF Spicy Chicken finally arrived(the wait was quite long), it was terrible! The chicken had pieces of cartilage in it and tasted like it has been fried in the same oil as fish, it was overly spicy(as I said this is my signature dish so I know what the spice level normally is) but otherwise had NOFLAVOR! None! And the quinoa(which I was charged an extra $ 2 for and only ordered since they didn’t have brown rice) was undercooked and bland as well. Not ONCE did the bar/server stop to ask how my dinner was. NOTONCE! I was soooo hungry I ate most of the meal anyway, but didn’t enjoy a single bite. I certainly hope this place gets their act together both in the kitchen and with server training! I won’t be back!

Sat down, ordered appetizers and dinner. We got our appetizer within 10 min. We didn’t receive dinner at all after sitting for forty minutes. The hostess couldn’t even find the server to calculate the bill when we wanted to cancel our dinner order. We dropped a $ 20(overpaying on the appetizer) so we can leave and grab fast food. Overall, we wasted about 50 – 60 min waiting for food that never came.

Our waiter Jonathan was absolutely amazing. The soft, smooth timbre of his voice when describing entrees made it so that I couldn’t help but salivate and grow hungry. He made it sound like he really loved and appreciated the meal in its entirety! What a special experience! I was teetering on one star but he pushed be to a five! Maybe that will bring up your score from the present two and a half stars.

I went with my homie around 4 on Saturday. It took forever to get seated and had to ask when it finally happened. As we were walking to the table, at least 4 or 5 tables had nasty old food all over them and there were about 4 waiters running around. When we sat down no one came to greet us for about 5 minutes, actually no one ever came. I WALKEDOUTONMYFIRSTRESTAURANTEVER. Worst experience of my life! Hopefully, if I ever have a next time it will be better than the first.

Food and service were fantastic. Came in for lunch and was not disappointed. A new general manager makes all of the difference. Will definitely be back!

Service was good. Unfortunately the quality of the food made my visit reminiscent of a fancy Panda Express. Husband and I had the hand folded crab wontons(not sure why the hand folded part had to be included on the menu since that is the idea behind dim sum– small bites that are always hand made). These were very greasy and the filling had an unpleasant fishy smell. Not sure how much of it was real crab as it was a white, greasy mess inside the oily wrapper($ 8 for 6). Crispy shrimp was a little too salty($ 18), more grease and oil. Orange peal chicken– very sugary. I liked that they had the option between white and brown rice as well as many gluten free and vegetarian options since we dined with people who had restricted diets. I tried my friend’s sauteed egg plant which was quite good but also a little salty. The tea was very good(the mandarin one). The entrees are made to be shared so that was nice, but I would pass if I’m ever back in the area.

This review is limited to the bar area. The drinks and appetizers for happy hour are very good. There is a good variety of drink specials and appetizers, and the prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend the Jicama street tacos and the skinny margarita. I would skip the calamari, which looks like strange french fries and is quite chewy. My big issues with this place are the service and ambiance. The last time we went for happy hour, we sat in the bar area for over ten minutes and were never acknowledged by any of the wait staff. Had the place been crowded, we would have understood the long wait. However, there was not much of a crowd — so we simply left and chose another venue. The ambiance was also a bit drab — reminds me of a hotel bar that services frequent travelers, as opposed to a neighborhood bar where friends gather. The place might be enjoyable if you bring a crowd of friends and stay on top of the wait staff to insure prompt service.

Best Gourmet Chinese food I’ve had. Great service and such a friendly and chill environment and vibe at the place. Definitely will be going back. I like how the food is family style

I was sort of underwhelmed. The food was mediocre, the service was disjointed. The prices paid the rent. I had a chicken salad and my friend had noodles. There were few layers of flavor in the food. For the price I wondered what drove this place. Mostly empty in this large place. And we had 3 waiters. Don’t know what kept happening to them.
