Buckle up folks… and welcome to my nightmare. The staff is all very welcoming, although I would call it manipulative. They are evil minions. They pressured me into purchasing hundreds of dollars worth of products. At first I was excited because it seemed so great — however their products made me break out.
Kiehls destroyed my confidence. Be careful because Kiehls could ruin your life too…

Wow! I just moved to the South Bay from the peninsula and am so happy that there is a Keihl’s here too!
I came in to stock up on some of my necessities and even though I knew mostly what I wanted, the people here were so very helpful and welcoming. I was welcomed by all and then helped mostly by a staff member Moises. He was so easy going, not pushy at all and had answers to all my questions!
Like I said before, even though I knew what I came in to buy, I still walked out with a few things that Moises recommended. He was also very helpful with the items I wasn’t sure about by giving me samples.
I will definitely be coming back for my keihls stuff here. Thank you so much for the help!

I had high hopes for this place. I was planning on spending a good amount of money here because my boyfriend had a few products from them. Unfortunately, I walk in and I had to meet the most unfriendly, judgmental ladies I’ve ever met in my entire life. They made me feel so uncomfortable. Greeted me coldly, never asked me if I needed help, or if I had any questions. Who knows, maybe this place isn’t as great as they say it is. Wish I’d known better.

My skin has been changed forever. The products are fantastic. I have used all the high priced medical grade lines. Kiel’s beats them all. I love the new lifting serum. The vitamin c eye serum is the only thing that actually got rid of some stubborn lines that I obsess over. I am completely on the entire line. As a regular customer, I appreciate there doesn’t seem to be a lot of turnover. Always the same faces. I am happy to just visit with everyone. The nicest people. Helpful without pressure. Very generous with samples. They want you to try the product, because it is so good, you will buy it. If it isn’t working for you, there is a 28 day money back guarantee. I have never had to use it, but nice to know it is there. The products really last too. A little goes a long way. My serums, eye cream and moisturizers go over 6 months, cleansers a year, A little goes a long way.

I’m reviewing the store (not the products… which would also get 5 stars!)
I walked in the other day after visiting another store, so I hadn’t planned to do any more shopping. The front signage sure did lure me in, promising smaller pores!
The store itself is lovely and clean. My associate’s name was Courtney, and she immediately walked over to help me. After discussing a product for a moment, she offered to give me a skin consultation. I had time, so I accepted. She tested my skin for oiliness and hydration, and suggested some products. I felt comfortable enough to explain some of my skin worries and recent changes.
I did not feel rushed or pushed into purchasing anything. I opted to buy 3 products and was told of the Kiehl’s policy that, if I don’t like anything, I can bring it back. Courtney also gave me several samples of the items I liked, but wasn’t ready to buy.
Based on this experience, I am very likely to return to the store. I had never actually been inside an actual location, but am an email member for rewards.

The product is so worth the price. The skin care saved me from a pricey dermatologist. I had started having problems about six months prior and this line has fixed my skin in under a week. All my scares are fading and I can have a bare face again. Just the way I like it! Winnie is great to work with and knew what I needed right away. I’m never switching skin care.

The staff at the Corte Madera location are great. A friendly informative group of employees always with a smile… Moishe, Winnie & Courtney are terrific. The products are good but expensive. I usually make my purchases only during promos.

So this Saturday I went shopping with my mom and usually it’s very uncomfortable to go shopping with her because she doesn’t speak English. To my surprise, when we walked into Kiehl’s — the person helping us, Moses or Moises (I can’t remember) approached us and made both myself and my mom very comfortable. When he noticed that I was translating everything he was saying to my mom in Spanish, he just took over and explained everything to her himself in Spanish. Which I gotta say, made my mom very giddy! So she ended up buying the vitamin C serum and the midnight recovery stuff. And I ended up getting body lotion and eye repair serum. When we cashed out, he was nice enough to show us the contact information on the receipt so if she had any other questions she can call him at the store directly. Like I said, most times shopping with my mom is so uncomfortable and lengthy, but our experience at Kiehl’s was just awesome! Way to go Kiehl’s! Love the diversity in your staff, as well as your products! We will definitely be back!
And by the way… the reason I remembered to write this review is because I overheard my mom on the phone this morning telling my aunty about the experience, about the stuff she got and that they should go together some time — I guess I’m no longer needed! =)

Had a great experience today picking out birthday presents for my brother. Moisses was soooo helpful and so nice (he even gave me and my boyfriend some fun samples to try). Much prefer to go here over ordering online. Looking forward to buying some full size versions for myself in the future! Thanks Moisses!!!

Went into this store with a good idea of what I needed. Yeah, that’s what I was thinking. Julia and Winnie directed me to the correct moisturizers with grace and friendliness I hadn’t been expecting. No hard selling of products which I didn’t need. A refreshing experience and I HIGHLY recommend going to this store. Awesome products, a relaxed atmosphere and two glowing personalities! thanks again, Winnie and Julia!

Love their products!!! have so many to recommend… Lip Balm, especially cranberry, Acne Blenish Control Treatment Cream for post-​acne care, facial toner, facial moisturizer, tinted moisturizer, mascara, hand lotion, argan hair pak etc… The manager, MIGERA, is the BOMB!!! She is very helpful and knowledgeable!!! If you dont know what to get, ask MIGERA!!! I love her :)

I have only started using Kiehls’ Blue Herbal Gel Cleanser and Astringent Herbal Lotion in the last month. But it has truly made a difference in my skin. I began having problems with my skin after I turned 34.
(what is that? Acne as an adult?! That’s just plain wrong.)
But since I turned to Kiehl’s, my skin has cleared up and feels amazing. I love the way my skin feels after I cleanse. Refreshed. Literally. Honestly, the price really isn’t all that great a difference from other high end cleanser. Honestly, I think it costs less and works better!
Another great aspect is when you return the empties to the store, you can work towards free product! And who doesn’t like free product? Plus helping the environment, what more can you ask for.
Everyone is very helpful in the store and makes me feel good when I come through the door.

Alright, I’m probably the only person who is going to review these guys who don’t make 100k a year, cause let’s be honest, kiehls stuff is pricey, but it is oh so worth it.
for a non metro sexual, mans man to say that, is a big thing. Their face wash smells good and doesn’t make me break out, their men’s «eye alert» cream hides hangovers like you wouldn’t believe, and the staff is incredibly helpful and cheary.
The product is killer and the store/​staff is very good.

Please, if you have not yet visited the new location in COrte Madera, u must!!! Megera, the store manager, is amazing at what she does. Not only is she a friend of mine but she has my best interest at heart as a client for great products that are perfect for me and my skin. She is a ball of laughter and a joy to just be around… I could listen to her all day long talking about product, she gets you excited about everything but won’t break you pocket book when you leave! Oh ya, I’m obsessed with my tinted moisturizer, I don’t use powder at all now, you must go get some, it’s like putting lotion on your face and turing out flawless! Tell her Jessica sent you ;)

We’ll see how long this lasts at this location, but woohoo that they are here for the holidays. Excited staff. Just opened in December, it offers the usual full array of product line to pamper yourself with. Fantastic gift packages that are more than the silly pretty smelling things some of the other similarly themed stores in the village sell. Great product for all members of the family. Especially great guy appropriate products as well. Worth the visit without the San Francisco traffic ;)
