CertaPro Painters of Marin

Couldn’t be bothered to show for the estimate. No call, no show.

Unfortunately, I have to give this company a one star review. However, I never had any painting completed by them. I requested an estimate at my home, and they never showed up. They never even called. They lost my business.

I recently used CertPro Painters of Marin and was very happy with the whole experience. Tim, the owner came when he was scheduled to come — even called 10 minutes away to give me a heads up! He was very timely in getting me a quote which was right on par with the other two quotes I received. Then when his team Allejo and Jose came a week later to do the job they were very hard working, pleasant, cleaned up a the end of the day, and did a great job! They also came back for a walk through which I gave them a thumbs up and paid them in full. THEN the next day I noticed something that needed to be addressed and I called Tim and explained that somehow I had missed it during the walkthrough and he said, «No problem and that he wanted me to be happy so they would come back at no charge and fix it». Two days later they did and we were very appreciative! I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Here is part of my email to the certa pro guy…
Regarding the pricing, when you visited last month you said it would be $ 1300. Last week when I said I was ready to go you said it would be $ 2400. I asked for it in writing this time. Now in the proposal you have $ 3400. Is that a typo?
His reply. .. 3400 is the price. My bad.
I told him this was a very disappointing waste of time.
