Jackie C. had just a small picture of what your dealing with with these clowns. Ernie and Tony both have devised a way (using living social, groupon and other coupon deals) to get your money and provide no service. If you don’t redeem your coupon and it expires these crooks get your money. I personally witnessed their watercraft getting repoed and they may have one ski but not a legitimate way to experience the sport.
They do not answer their phone. Tony is rude and cares nothing about you or your experience, only your money. Ernie has no drivers licence and technically breaking the law by operating a watercraft. Socal Jetovator (thrust vector) sports claims to be an exclusive distributor for the Jetovator products, I encourage you to check the facts. They stole from the manufacturer and have no access to new products and services. I can go on and on about facts about these theives. The sad thing is, they had a good thing going and were doing good last year but something happened and Both Tony and Ernie chose to destroy their reputation in the name of FREE MONEY. Cons and scam artists like this do not deserve 5 stars or even 1.

Purchased two living social deals for this. Thought it would be a cool birthday surprise for my friend.
I’ve attempted to contact the merchant for over a month and received no response to book an appointment. Countless phone calls and numerous attempts later, I finally requested a refund from living social because my deal was about to expire.
Tip: Do not buy a living social deal for this.
I’ve contacted living social for a refund and have received deal bucks in return. Now I’m stuck with over $ 200 of living social deal bucks that I don’t really want.
If you are really interested in trying jetpacking, I’d recommend JetPack America. There is a much cheaper groupon available and they let you book appointments! Also, you’ll actually get what you paid for!

This was probably the FUNNEST thing I’ve ever done! Such a great experience and wonderful, warm and informative instructors! I can’t wait to go again and hone my water flying skillz! Thank you so much guys!

Tony was a great instructor. I had a great time. The water was great it was nice having lots of space to learn on. Definitely would do again!

This is one of kind experience! You should do it at least once in your lifetime.

My family tried this water bike machine recently (the jet-o-vator)on 7÷21÷14, and it was incredible! Lots of fun and Tony and Ernie were super nice and great with the instructions. It only took a little time of practice before we were able to control it enough to levitate and fly forward. We highly recommend this thrill experience!

So much fun!!! Had such a great time on the Jetovator. Tony and Ernie were very helpful and patient when instructing how to use it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves to get out on the water and have a good time. If you have a chance to do this, do it ASAP, you won’t regret it. Definitely coming back.

A friend and I went walking around the bay and we RANDOMLY ran into Tony, the instructor, his assistant, Ernie and of course his JETOVATOR! Long story short, we got to talking and before we knew it, we were riding his Jetovator! Ernie hooked us impulse shoppers up!
Ernie and Tony were EXTREMELY patient with me. It took me longer than normal to learn how to drive it. Once I figured it out, I was airborne and addicted. Such an unforgettable high. Cannot wait to do it again!
