Kettlehake Patricia M, MD

Our family has been going to Dr. Kettlehake for over 10 years and I would recommend her to anyone. She always goes the extra mile to help in any way she can. We can usually been see quickly for sick appointments and she is extremely thorough. We never have to wait very long in the waiting or exam rooms. They also have free parking which is awesome.

Dr. kettlehake is a good doctor. Her receptionist is not so great. At first everyone is nice and friendly. But when you ask the staff/​Dr to help and assist with getting prescriptions ordered and filled you’re basically on your own. They say they will help and then never return your call. I have an incurable disease which requires a few very expensive prescriptions, I take daily. My prescription was ordered wrong. I only received 1 month supply when I should have gotten 3 months. (I paid for 3 months.) The receptionist said she would check on it for me and never got back to me except to confirm an appointment. At this point I ask if she ever figured out the issue. She rudely told me to call the mail order pharmacy. This is unacceptable. There is nothing I can do if the order was written wrong. I’m out the money I paid for a 3 month supply and am now struggling to make my medication last for 2 extra months (impossible).
The woman who normally works the front desk isn’t very friendly. She always has a sourpuss and a bitter attitude to match. She seems miserable and like she hates her job. Not warm and welcoming at all.
It’s really sad an unfortunate that I will no longer be visiting this office. I like the Dr. and her assistant. But I think the receptionist purposely messed up my prescriptions. Not very cool since I need this medication to actually live…

My family has been going to Dr. Kettlehake for 3 years now. We never have to wait long, she can usually fit my kids in somewhere if they’re sick. She is so friendly and easy to talk to, she is always willing to go the extra mile to find out information that she isn’t sure of. I love both of the nurses, they and Raul at the front desk is awesome. I don’t know if it’s just that I’m always in there with my kids, or if he just has a really good memory, but he remembers me when I come in, and knows my voice when I call. They do seem to be on vacation or out of the office quite often, but she’s always on call and responds quickly to pages. Or I can take them next door. But that doesn’t throw me off at all. Overall, I love Dr. Kettlehake’s office, and I wouldn’t take my family anywhere else.

Dr. Kettlehake is fabulous. She’s very efficient and super competent. And if you’re early for your appointment, she seriously sees you early. This happened to me all three times I saw her.
