BBQfirgodZ YOU ARE SO RIGHT !!! wow i cant believe these A holes of vpm homes just took my money and couldent relocated me anywere! why did i even trust this office i should of read there «F «rating in the better business bureau. thats what i get for trusting there stupid scam website! stay away from this office they took my $ 40 doller application fee and never once gave me a call back or approved me for any home or apt !

This is a apt listing scam service.
I had called them, they finally got back to me. They are only «listing» service. That translates to they get ads and post them and charge a fee for them of 40, and then try and lie saying that it is completely refund your money if you don’t find a place. They want to run a background check on you, with no SS number.
If you are renting an apt, they always want to run a credit report on you, so this service proves itself to be a scam in that way also. If an apt really wants to rent to you, they will find other ways to let it be known then a list service that tries to extract money from you. They also have a «F» rating from the BBB. Just another verification of them ripping people off.
