Decent dessert for the price BUT customer service can be improved. When ordering, I was contemplating between the Hot grass jelly dessert with red bean, boba, & taro and the tofu ice with 2 toppings of your choice. I wanted to try the hot grass jelly but am not a fan of taro so asked the cashier if I could switch the taro for lychee jelly. She said yes and I noticed that she charged me an extra $ 0.50. She didn’t tell me about the extra charge until I noticed it and asked her about it. If you’re going to be charging extra, you should always inform the customer. So I then decided to switch my order out for the tofu ice. At the end of my order, the cashier asked for my name. When my order was ready, they left my order out on the pick up table and did not call out anybody’s name. What’s the purpose of asking for my name then? There are other customers there so I don’t even know if it’s mine or someone else’s. I had to ask an employee there who that order is for before I found out it was mine. Lastly, the ice in the tofu dessert was like a solid chunk of ice, definitely not shaved. I ended up throwing away all the ice and just eating the tofu along with the toppings. For the price, the dessert is decent. It tastes pretty good but improvements in the customer service can definitely be made.

I ordered the taro slushie and it was the WORST taro drink I’ve ever had. It tasted very powdery with a tiny tiny hint of taro. I wanted to throw it away after my first sip. Definitely will not be back.

My family and I were enjoying lunch in the food court and we ordered our drinks and checked-in for the Tea Time Express promo. My niece accidentally spilled her favorite milk tea and before the«waterworks» started, the nice girl behind the counter offered to make her a new drink. It’s service like this that makes me keep coming back. Thank you Tea Time!

The Carmel milk icee with egg pudding is to dieeeeeee for. Not literally but it’s so good! It’s sweet but not overboard. I tried the squid ball and popcorn chicken as well. Didn’t like the squid ball thing too much but the popcorn chicken is a classic so u can’t go wrong with that.

May 23 was when I visited this establishment. To clarify the 3 stars given is a rating on the customer service I received. Actually, I would have given this establishment 1 star if it had not been for Brittany, who had GREAT customer service, and was able to appropriately handle herself during a «busy» time. Technically, I have seen WAY busier, but the young lady making the drinks that was working along side Brittany was a HOTMESS acting like the 10 customers there were like 50. At one point, when I was paying, the young lady making the drinks made an exasperated and frustrated scream… Image the look on my face… And Brittany quickly saw it and immediately apologized for her co-worker. To which I replied, «O, it looks like someone can’t work under pressure.» But Brittany being professional, politely apologized again. I leave the establishment to get some baked goods next door. I’m away for probably 5 – 8 minutes, and thinking my hot tea will be ready by then… WRONG! The young lady, who was still freaking out, looked to be going in circles lost in her frenzy. The negative aura was strong with that one. Rather then trying to overcome her anxiety and by taking deep breaths or focusing on the task at hand. Her anxiety was hindering her productivity. I notice people after me were getting their order before me… I patiently waited a couple minutes, but then Brittany was freed from the register, and hopped right into help her coworker. Brittany attempted to communicate with the frantic coworker, asking her what she needs or has not done, and well let’s say the communication was not there. But Brittany maintained her composure. And troubleshooted herself. I didn’t have to say a thing about my hot tea because Brittany saw me standing there and asked her coworker if the hot tea was ready, and of course it wasn’t. Lol. So Brittany went into action, and got my drink together and apologized for the wait. Brittany in my opinion is manager material. She kept her composure under stressful conditions, and always maintained a personable manner with the customers. 4 stars for the delectable products some are too sweet for my taste but nonetheless their products are good. My peach black tea(hot) was amazing. I’ve had the milk tea with egg custard — Yaaaasss. Hopefully, management sees this review, and provide appropriate training for her coworker. As it negatively impacts the image of their establishment to have a person working, who is busy being occupied by their own anxiety issues rather than overcoming and being productive. Because of her inability to overcome her mental block, customers’ wait time was ridiculous. I mean my hot tea. Took nearly 10 minutes…

This place is one of my favorite boba spots in corona. Its a branch off of Ten Rens tea time and have all the favorites that normal Ten Rens would have. I recommend trying out the Love Potion #6 with mango and lychee jelly if you like sweet Iced tea boba.

I only like the milk tea at Tea Station but there isn’t any in the I.E. so I was stoked when I tried the milk tea here and it was just as good if not better. Only downside is the cashier/ordering process is a bit slow but a plus: get a free upgrade to a large when you check in.

Great boba milk tea… A friend recommended this place and I am glad I took her advice. Prompt and friendly service, too!

I came to this place thinking it was a «Ten Ren tea time» but it’s not, this is just Tea time express with the same font and logo as Ten Ren. Milki ice was full of ice with no flavor at all and ice was not fully blended. I don’t recommend it. Rice bowls are ok, not the best in town. I give props to place that cook with traditional and fresh ingredients, this place was not the case. my rice bowl had cilantro, chopped pickles and the protein, I guess it was an mexmerican rice bowl. Service was quick and friendly. Gentlemen at the register was very helpful and let me know about the free upgrade when you check with Unilocal.Unfortunately I won’t be coming back, food was not to my expectations.

I came here a couple times in the past for the drinks which overall have been good. But the other day I decided to pick up some food too.(I normally go to ten ren in riverside) I ordered the tofu and what the heck it was over cooked and the tofu was very hard unlike the crispy and soft tofu I had in the past. Plus it was way under portioned. Drinks are okay but food is bleh. If I do come back it won’t be for the food.

This past year our family has really been a boba and tea & just about anything that comes out of a café kick. Being Korean, you would think that they would of started at birth… My bad!;(Hubby wanted something cold and fruity, so we headed inside the 99 Ranch Market. The market itself has a huge parking lot and a lot of people inside & out. The Tea Time’s located to the right as you enter. They offer a few tables to enjoy your purchase. My hubby chose their Mango/strawberry teazer. He found it quite refreshing. It had bits of real fruit. I personally thought it was way too sweet. I almost felt as though I was drinking a slurpee. I personally won’t ever order that flavor again but I’d definitely come back for a different flavor.

This place is the bomb! For fast services with good tasting wok bowls and beverages I highly recommend this place to everyone. We have ordered our kung psi chicken and black pepper fish wok bowls and we fell in love to the taste since day one. We always keep on coming back for more when ever we are craving for. We also like their Mango with pudding drinks and their sampler teas. You can not go wrong with this drink. Try it yourself and will blow your mind. There was only one time chief got sick so we didn’t get to order our wok bowls. Besides that over all, our experience at this location always a five stars! Never fail on us, food wise.

I think it’s cool they actually have a different food menu, which emphasize the word express. There are only 3 – 4 menus you can pick. Wok Style(rice), Dry Noodle, Soup Noodle and a bento box. When you pick a category you can decide between white or brown rice, what meat you want, or maybe tofu, and a sauce. Same applies to the noodle menus. Basically pick a category and follow step 1,2,3 and choose the base, the meat and the topping. Very quick and simple and I actually thought it would be just average but for a tea place it was really delicious. The drinks are like the usual, always great and not too sweet. The people treated me like a Ten Ren king, because I won this $ 500 gift card photo contest haha. It was nice talking to them.

Pretty solid place to grab some boba/tea if you find yourself in the middle of nowhere, aka Corona. Basically the same as a Ten Ren’s or Tea Station you would find further west in the 626 area code, but this place is conveniently located in the 99 Ranch Market, as well as a few other restaurants in the food court! Drinks are all on point, so if you’re around the area, definitely stop by for a drink!

Friendly service. Always has a free sample available which is nice while you’re grocery shopping here. I think the milk tea and slushies are on point but the boba itself is a bit lacking. The boba sometimes turns me off from the drink, which is usually good itself.

Even though this is an express version, the food shouldn’t differ so greatly than other Tea Time’s. As a regular at the Arcadia location, this place doesn’t even compare. First of all, the boba was not chewy whatsoever, more like some tasteless boba that has been sitting there all day. Onto the food. I substituted my rice for chow mein instead. Instead of getting fried noodles, guess what I get? A clump of noodles all stuck together like it was leftover from last night. And it wasn’t just a piece of so, it was the WHOLE thing. The noodles were so gross to eat, and to make things worse, there was some weird goo on my veggies too(as you can see from my picture). Pretty disgusted by this place…

FINALLLLLLYYYYYY!!! A boba shop in Corona! I was really excited when 99 Ranch Market opened, even MORE excited when I saw that Ten Ren were going to open a shop within their food court. Thank goodness! I would drive all the way to Ten Ren near UCR just to get my favorite milk tea! No joke, 3 – 5 times a week. Jasmine Milk Tea, by far my favorite. I usually never get tapioca balls with my drinks but when I do I feel like their tapioca is always on point. Never too soggy or hard, and just the right amount of sweetness. If you have an Unilocal account make sure to check-in! You can upgrade a drink to a large for free.
