I had applied for a personal loan to pay a huge IRS tax bill. I had some complications with one individual and I notified the corporate office. The corporate office took the complaint very seriously and was in contact with me within moments of receiving my complaint.
The gal at the corporate customer services office went over and beyond to address my issues and answer additional questions that I had. Everything was resolved quickly and I was quite please with the diligence that she went thru to take care of me.
The customer service I received has been wonderful since then. I would recommend Springleaf financial for affordable, personal, unsecured loans.
