We purchased our bed about 2 months ago from the Sleep Number store. We had visited one time prior and was not quite sold on the bed and wanted to make sure the value was worth the money.
Store staff was great, helpful and delivered on time and as promised. My wife swears that this is the best bed we have ever had and has solved much of her back issues. I am not as impressed… not as comfortable as I had hoped and I was much more comfortable on a traditional bed. I have tried multiple settings and just have not found a good setting… happy wife, happy life.

Ok so here’s the short so far …
Our bed is amazing have had it now for two days and talk about stellar.
Service here was on point … Wish We would have gotten a little better discount but I get it they are the Lambos of beds…
The ended up getting our bed sooner than had anticipated. Yay
The crew that came where friendly and attentive to our questions …
Over all worth every penny. (Many pennies)
I will update in a month from now on the bed…
Can’t wait to come home to my bed

It is so rare these days to see great customer service. I have visited the Corona Sleep Number store on a few occasions. When the customer service is great the customer will continue to return. Angie and Paul have always greeted me with a smile, they are both very knowledgable of their product and they work together as a team! I stopped by to select some sheets today for my new Sleep Number bed, I can hardly wait for it to arrive tomorrow. Thank you both for being so helpful and knowledgeable. I give you both 5 stars for customer service and product knowledge.
I know I will love my new bed and I look forward to finally having a restful sleep.
