Worst nail experience! Took 2 hours and 15 minutes for a basic manicure and pedicure. Walked in and waited for 20 minutes before anyone greeted us. Sat with our feet soaking for almost an hour before anyone actually started doing our nails. When they did get around to doing our nails, the woman scrubbed my thumb so hard it was bleeding. The nail filing was so bad and uneven, I had to ask for it to be redone. The woman who did my pedicure, who is the owner of the store, KEPTONFACETIMINGWHILEDOINGMYPEDICURE! This was after we’d already been there for 2 hours waiting! At that point they were ready to close so they didn’t even offer a fan to dry my nails, but rather rushed us out with wet nails, causing me to smudge my finally painted toenails. I will never go back here again.

I went here for at least 2 years… i always went to the same person, Knee! She did a good job but I wasn’t really happy about I she treated me the last few times, she would be very short and very annoyed with me if I requested something on my nails or a specific design. anyway I felt it was not right of her since I been a long term customer and always tipes her well. .I haven’t returned to this shop in a very long time but only found the time to write this review now. Believe that I will not be. Back!!!

I’m a returning customer and unfortunately today that has ended. My sisters wedding is tomorrow, with that being said we don’t have time to wait. We came in Lisa sat her down, almost about to start and Lisa walks off for about five minutes. I’m there waiting in a seat for the other lady to be ready. She was eating some fruit at her little desk, Lisa had to tell her something when she rolled her eyes and put it down(nothing was set up yet even though they were already opened for a hour) Anyways, right when Lisa comes back there’s another customer that says she had an appoitment, then she had the decency to tell My sister to get up and wait because someone else is here for her… UM Like I get she had an appoitment but we let her know her wedding was the very next day and we couldn’t wait. If she didn’t take 15 minutes walking around or setting up she would’ve been half way down by then. She walks off A LOT! Now about the environment, ITSHOT. Don’t expect air conditioning or the fans on because you will be dying of sweat by the time you’re out of there. Lisa please get more employees, this happened my first time too, you were gone for 15 minutes in the middle of doing my nails. That’s just wrong! Pricing is amazing however, I’m going to give this nail place another chance only because of that, but if I get blown off again until the middle of doing my nails I will no longer be a retuning customer. UPDATED: Awful. Gosh. I tried giving it one more chance, she didn’t leave during the middle of our session surprisingly. But two days after getting my acrylics… Two nails rips off no problem. This is a horrible nail salon. I don’t recommend it to ANYONE yes it’s cheap. But there’s a reason why it’s so cheap.

I’ve tried all of the local nail shops in the area and the is no comparison to Lisa’s nails. It’s so relaxing, they dont rush or make you feel like you taking up their time. I absolutely love this place!!!

I visited Lisa Nails and Spa for the first time not based on any reviews based solely on proximity to my apartment. I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival that I did not have to wait as I didn’t have an appointment I was able to be taken care of right away. I requested both a manicure and a pedicure. I was pleased with both, however, I had this odd feeling that the ladies were talking about me in their foreign tongue as they would say something than look at me. My major disappointment was upon paying. The price list showed a ManiPedi combo was $ 25.00, however I was charged $ 40. I am not sure what the extra costs were and as they were busy I didn’t question it. Overall I was happy with the services rendered and would go back. I was in and out in under an hour.

I came to this salon in particular because it was the closest one to my house. Thankfully, I was not disappointed. The first time I went I was seated right away and was in and out in record time. I came back again and was helped by Tracy, who is now my favorite manicurist there. She was super friendly and did a fantastic job on my nails. One of the things I appreciated most was that she didn’t try to force additional add-on services. I didn’t feel pressured or uncomfortable, which is big for me. The prices were reasonable and about the same as most other places. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Julie and Lisa are my go-to girls! They already know my preference and colors! Always friendly :) I go here bi-weekly, been going here for almost 2 years. I’ve also gotten some nice facials here by Lisa, very revitalizing! Gel nails for $ 23-$ 25 and facials for $ 40, not bad.

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure on Sunday. The prices are very reasonable. $ 17 for a spa pedicure. I’m always happy with the job they do. AND they watch football all day so I don’t worry about missing my games. I just hang out with my feet in the hot water watching NFL. What could be better?

I got my nails done on Monday and after about 3 days my nails were already lifting. I did the white tip so the lifting is very noticeable and they look horrible. I deff will not be coming back here again.

Poor Customer Service and they do not honor their appointments. I had an appointment today at 2pm for both myself and my daughter. When we got there 5 minutes before the appointment the lady that was supposed to help us had just started a full set. The full set would take at least 45 minutes, when I spoke with the owner she apologized and said that they were running behind. I told the owner that we were leaving because we didn’t want to wait and the owner said ok. What the owner didn’t know was that a friend of ours was in the salon at the time and called me after I left. My friend said that within the last 15 minutes 3 walk-ins had showed up and were immediately taken care of– that was the reason they were behind. The owner never offered an alternate technician or concession for the inconvenience. We will not be back.

I really enjoyed this place! Lisa, the owner, did my nails. I went in at 6:40(20 min before they closed). I asked her if it was too late for me to get a gel manicure. She said no not at all. She even stayed until 8 doing my nails! She was also about to accept some women who walked in after 7 for a pedicure and she was going to accept her. I walked in with an intricate picture(Christmas nail art). She was able to do it! It is $ 23 for gel. $ 2 remove gel. $ 5 – 15 for nail art– that depends how many fingers and how difficult the design is. The only thing I didn’t like is at first she cut the skin when removing the extra skin about the nail bed. not sure the terminology. It hurt a bit, but it was. My nails are really gorgeous and I got a lot of compliments.

Great little place. They are always open past closing time. They are super friendly, clean, they take their time and make sure the job is done right. They offer the«new» gel nail technology. They take ATM. Lisa owns the place and she is wonderful! Mani & Pedi $ 25!
