Lee Jeong-Ok MD FAAP

I am writing this review not as a employee of this office but as a mom. Dr. Lee is very experienced pediatrician, yes she is always busy but she is also kind and caring. There has been times where I was flipping out because my daughter would have really bad asthma attacks and she would re-​assure me that the kind of treatment I was providing at home was a correct one and to follow instructions thoroughly.
Now this portion is as an employee. Yes our office is small, and we do not have separate waiting areas for sick and well as some patients expect but we do our best to accommodate all of our patients depending on the severity and transmission of the illness. We are very flexible as far as scheduling and most of the time appointments for the same days are available if you call in advance. We also have a policy of no walk ins but we do take them if the patient is here and is sick.

I usually don’t write reviews unless I’m very satisfied or very disappointed. In this case, I am very disappointed. My daughter was a patient of Dr. Lee’s for about 2 years. I recently just switched to another doctor because I just couldn’t put up with it anymore. I took my daughter to Dr. Lee about a month ago because she had a cough, chest congestion, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, and a fever. What was her diagnosis? Add soy milk to her diet. I, for one, have never heard of this in my life. So I gave it a try. Did it work? Of course not! I took my daughter to the doctor today because all of her symptoms returned (they never really went away) and come to find out she has bronchitis and might be asthmatic. I can’t help but think if she would have been diagnosed correctly a month ago it wouldn’t have led to bronchitis.
