Slow service and rude server. So many other choices to experiences, ide suggest starting there and not at this one.

Wow! Im not in shock Im discovering every day more and more that people dont really know what good food is. These place fish is not fresh and service is slow, unfriendly, not the cleanest restaurant, but hey the reviews here say its a 4 start restaurant. Maybe its just me or Im just use some things different. If you really want a 4 start sushi place try Tajibi in orange. Im out!

At the start I thought it was good, but I didn’t get most of my orders. I was missing at least two or five rolls. We waited about 20 mins for a roll. Overall the sushi is fine, and the service is slow.

The All You Can Eat Sushi is great! So many choices! Sit at the bar, you’ll get excellent service from the awesome Sushi masters! The waitresses not so much, but it’s still a great place! Note: it includes a beer too! Fresh sashimi and yummy rolls!

Awesome deal with AYCE. It also comes with free beers. BEST deal ever!!! The sashimi was fresh & wasn’t a lot of rice so that perfect. Many other places stuff the rolls with lots of rice, NOT kiku. We was there during lunch. It was busy & the service was slow. They seemed to be short staff.

I love Kiku. Was averaging twice a week. All you can eat. First beer free and $ 1.00 after that. Yummy place!!!

This place is really amazing. I love their mango roll with arugula. Their sushi tastes great too. My boyfriend loves the free sake that comes with the ayce. The waitresses are really nice and walking around making sure everything is ok.

My husband and I love KIKU. We just discovered this location recently and am surprised it took us so long. They have an AYCE(lunch/dinner) deal that’s really great if you love sushi rolls and Korean bbq. There’s also a sake deal if you want to get your drink on! They also include a soda and miso soup as part of the AYCE, which other places in town don’t. No problems with the service here. We love Dominic! He bought out free edamame and we even asked for more, and he brought more for my 2 year old daughter. The sashimi quality is pretty decent and they don’t overload the rolls with a lot of rice. So you can totally do 2 rounds easily! One nice thing is they let my husband order the AYCE and since I’m pregnant, I was able to just order off the regular menu and not pay for the AYCE. Most places require everyone at the table to order either entrees or AYCE, so we liked that option. So far, KIKU has been out go-to for our monthly sushi fix!

We usually eat here on Sundays. Food is good, but twice now, we’ve had Bianca as our waitress. She was pretty rude to my husband and my family. Very sarcastic. As I was leaving the reataurant yesterday, I said«Thank you» and the reply I got was«yup»!!! THEFOODISNOTTHATGREATTOTOLERATERUDESERVICE. I will not be leaving my money here!

I ate here for my birthday. I had all-you-can-eat sushi and finished with a nice quail egg shooter. It was really good! They found out it was my birthday, so they gave me a free dessert too!

We went to Kiku on a whim on December 27. I had never been before but my bf had. The sushi was good, especially the lobster roll. But, the service left much to be desired. Don’t go there starving or the lengthy waiting time will leave you hangry. The place was packed and there were only 2 waitresses! A group left and the waitress could not make it over to buss the table for like 20 minutes. I know because I was staring at it wondering why no one had cleaned it off being that there were several groups(including ours) waiting to be seated. They sat a group that had arrived after us for what reason, I don’t know! I had to inform the waitress of her mistake. Finally, we sat down to eat. We were told AFTER we ordered the all you can eat special that they were set to close an hour early that night, leaving us little time to capitalize on having all we could eat. How convenient! Bottom line, they need more staff.

One of the BEST $$ AYCE in Corona. Bite size cut with dap amount of rice. Free Beer, Sake with $ 1 each… Just that alone is worth coming to KiKu. Get the Kalbi. 5*… Grilled, tender, tasty… Service not so much 3* … Will be back… Thx. Doug, Jade, Justin… Eastvale

Worst experience ever… waitresses would pass us by and ignore us. Waited for 25 minutes before I got up and had to take my order to the sushi bar and clear our tables. Sushi chef then told me we had to wait about an hour before we got our order I’ve been here before when there’s no one here and the service was good, but if they get a full house they can’t handle it and provide the most horrible service and with an attitude. I will never come back and I will never recommend this place again I have to put one star but I wouldn’t even give them one

Worse service ever! Waited for 25 minutes and waitresses would just walk by and ignore us. I finally got up and took my order to the sushi bar and the chef said to give him an hour before he could make our order We had to ask them to remove our empty dishes. This wasn’t our first time here and it was the worst experience ever… I’m never coming back nor would I recommend this place again

As a Korean who grew up on fresh sashimi after choosing your own fish and seeing it cut and sliced in front of you, I have to say I’m pretty picky with my sushi. With that being said, I would recommend anyone who wants good quality AND quantity to check out this place. For this area, AYCE doesn’t come very well, but this place is worth it. Those who enjoy alcoholic drinks with your sushi will like the restaurant’s dollar deals. Can get pretty busy so plan ahead!

My boyfriend and his family took me here to get some AYCE sushi. I liked this place well enough. They have uni for AYCE, which rarely ever happens because uni is so expensive. You better believe I ordered it 4 times. The AYCE option is pretty good. It includes soft drinks and the first round of beers for free. Refills on sodas are free but if you want another beer, it’s $ 1 after that. This option came with sushi, rolls, and korean bbq, which I thought was pretty unique. The quality isn’t the best, but you have to give it to them for selection. I’ve had fresh fish and this differently didn’t taste all too fresh. The knife cuts were very awkward. We ordered tuna 4 times and everytime it came, it was a different cut. Sometimes, the fish was nicely cut and then other times, it had a really odd cut to it, almost like a diamond or by someone who’s new to japanese cuisine. I thought the rolls were great! They were very good and portioned quite well. I loved their tempura roll and their rainbow roll! I think this place is worth the try. It’s not the best AYCE place I’ve been but certainly not the worse.

Came here for the all you can eat sushi, and liked it. I don’t know if this place is struggling for business or what, but you definitely good a good deal/value for what you pay. The all you can eat option comes with a free soda or draft beer, and any other beer after that is $ 1. Not only does it come with all you can eat sushi, but it comes with Korean Barbecue options as well. Their all you can eat menu is extensive, and has all the rolls available to choose from. The menu has pretty much all the seafood choices you could want: octopus, clams, uni, fish, scallops, and many more… THEBESTPARTISTHATITSALLYOUCANEAT, so you can order all the uni you want(I know my girlfriend did lol). The fish here is good, i’ve had better tasting, but its still decent tasting. The ratio of fish to rice is also what i liked about this place. For the sushi entrees they put a little sliver of rice and a big portion of fish(which i commend them for), a lot of place do the opposite with all you can eat options and try to fill you up on big portions of rice. Although the cuts of fish are different every time, for example we got multiple orders of tuna sushi and it looked different every time(sometimes it was bright red, some other times it was a light faded color). Also we ordered the miso soup, and to our disliking it was very watered down. The miso soup needed more miso flavoring as well as tofu and seaweed. I’ve tried the Korean Barbecue here before and liked it… but usually when you go to a Japanese sushi restaurant you usually get Japanese food(sushi, etc.). Although its nice to add a little diversity to the menu. Recommend trying this place if you’re looking for an all you can eat sushi restaurant. The fish is good, the portions are great, and the service is friendly. Be excepting to pay around $ 20 a person, and THEYDOCHARGEYOUFORLEFTOVERS so don’t order too much, if you’re not sure you can finish it all.

I must say this is possibly the most unsatisfying, unsatisfactory ‘sushi’ restaurant in southern California. Our server was nice and approachable, however, our food was delayed to us for 1 hour and there was merely 3 other people on the restaurant. Poor service, poor system, poor food quality. The sushi is not authentic Japanese derived but more so Korean. I do not recommend ordering any of the baked sushi nor the shrimp tempura. Poor taste and a bunch is fake crab meat toppled over the sushi. Not good, no Bueno. I will not return.

Sunday lunch. Fiancée and I came in to give the AYCE korean/Japanese eats a try. SLOWSERVICE + Decent food/price = plan your day accordingly. Lunch-$ 18.95 per person + a beer or large sake. Not bad of a deal. *it’s AYCE– place your orders as you please. so there’s no 3 rounds like the AYCE Asahi sushi across the street. They have a whole array of sushi that you can choose from. They have sushi, rolls, baked, non rice rolls. The fish quality is decent. It’s not bad at all. The cuts of each fish is pretty inconsistent though. One roll you get generous cuts. The next order of the same roll it’s skimpy. Could be the different chefs… but who knows. The sushi/rolls have good flavor. Every single one we ordered were pretty tastey, but we went with the less heavy rolls since we wanted to maximize. Kuki fresh and the lettuce wraps were delicious. The tuna and salmon sushi. rice sitting under the fish were small(which is good). More fish less rice. Korean bbq(cooked in the kitchen). Pork belly, bulgogi, kabi etc. All the meats come cooked from the kitchen. They were all good. Cooked just right and not burnt. I think this place was pretty ok. I would have given 4 stars. but the service was EXTREMELY slow. 2 sushi chefs, 4 servers. Minus 1 star for slow service. **tip** Order what you want in bulk instead of 1 or 2 dishes here and there. I still would come back. only if I was not scheduled to be anywhere that day.

I love that they have both all-you-can-eat and menu options! The rules for AYCE are reasonable so it’s definitely fair, and price is just right. We even made our money’s worth with the amount of sushi we attacked. Another thing I loved was their service! Very nice and welcoming! They were super welcoming when they seated us, and they were kind and cared about their customers. Really appreciated that – made the meal experience better. Now we can talk about the food. Everything was great, no doubt or arguments about it. The only reason why I’m not giving a perfect 5 stars is because my dad complained that his soft shell crab was too«toasty,» almost burnt, and their shrimp nigiri sushi was a bit dry and had a weird after taste. But don’t get me wrong, those minor complaints didn’t ruin the meal for me! Their other stuff was GREAT! The ratio of sashimi to rice in their nigiri rolls was PERFECT! Pretty impressive slice of sashimi with a small piece of rice. Also, the quality of their sashimi is quite excellent. Lastly, the lobster roll was very good! With wonderful service, the good food tasted even better! I definitely recommend this place! Especially to all sushi and or Japanese food lovers.
